thefourtysn2 votesIt's not Riot it's the (players) They make their own mindset and decision makings. People fall blind to what they can't see, so they blame the company. There are many factors that goes in, and it's lower elo, lower elo tends to be monkeys (no hate on lower elo) and sometimes higher elo ( in toxic-degrees).

Imperial Pandaa2 votesRammus has 100% AP scaling on his Q and 20% per pulse form his ult. Which if something is hit by every pulse hit is 160%. Oh and his ult does 200% damage to turrets and structures.
Crit Thresh? Have you never seen a Thresh build adc? It is actually hilarious and can be powerful as any other short range adc. Not sure how it is now with the new items though.
Lethality Sion was in Korea last season as an effective build. The speed boost from Youmoos can be triggered in death form. AP Sion is also fun, especially if you can land your E's.
Have played AD Blitz in lane (not confident in my jg to do off meta). His W is an attack speed steroid and his E lets his next Basic deal 200% of his AD.
So your big issue seems to be you simply don't like off meta in ranked. While I prefer them to at least be competent in what they choose, they are free to do as they choose. Hell, had plenty of people get upset with my Malphite/Sion Support pick last season and then eat their words during game.

Literally the "can be powerful" remark was said for the specific reason that it depends on the player. Vayne can be powerful, Kai'sa can be powerful, etc... If in a player who can utilize it, which isn't me because fuck me playing adc.
That is the beauty about AD though, everyone can scale with it. Friend played AD Blitz bot with me as Leona, the butt touch combo was effective. But oh boy, can't wait to hear how you react to my AD Heimerdinger game; which won btw and contributed to the team.
That might be you, but others prefer the designated Tank supports like Leona, and Alistar. It was silver elo, but eh. Remember, not everyone has the same taste as you.
We apparently aren't going to change the others mind on what defines a troll. I believe trolling is playing without the intention to win. The only time a build is too far out there is if there is 0 benefit from it (eg AP Zed).
