Ok so Riot your tribunal and punishment system is complete trash, I absolutely can not stress this enough. You punish innocent players instead of the ones who actually flame and insult others in games. You let trolls go free and do nothing about it. You do not punish those who actually deserve it. Its kinda fucking redic. I am a highly seasoned player and have spent thousands of dollars on this game but you give me a completely unfair chat restriction which by the way is rubbish as it stops communication. You guys are so ass backwards its hilarious. You want the community to work as a team but you do nothing to promote that. I'm sure this log is going to get a lot of hate comments and that's fine. This game is becoming more trash and rubbish then what it has been. You need to fix your punishment system before you start losing your players. You complain about harassment but if one person calls someone a homophobic remark you wont ban them. Instead you ban the person who was called a homophobic remark for telling the jerk to fuck off. GOOD JOB RIOT! Yes please promote more online bullying. You allow others to get away with so much but punish others who call someone trash or bad as if that is verbal abuse. If someone is trash at the game then learn to punish that person. Stop agreeing with your tribunal. They are not correct. None of you knows what goes on in a game. If someone is intentionally feeding from the start you dont do shit to them. They go on their merry way while the rest of the team who told him to stop feeding gets chat bans or suspensions. I declare to you now riot I will not spend any more money in the slightest until you learn to stop with your bad behavior. You treat your summoners unfairly while your tribunal sits on its ass and judges whether or not a ban is proper. I know that as a human being if someone starts flaming me in game I will retaliate and how dare you punish me for it and not the person who actually started it. Get on your shit riot cause if you don't this game and it's community is going to get a lot worse. I am ranting as a concerned player. At this point I know for a fact all you guys do is go through others players accounts )which by the way is an invasion of privacy completely and is against the LAW!) and finding past toxic players and punishing them instead of the ones who have refused to change behavior. I am NOT that much of a toxic player. I am toxic to those who are toxic to me and at most I will tell someone who is intentionally feeding that they suck at this game. WAAH truth hurts riot. Stop babying the crappy players so this game can be decent again. Thanks.

Toxic People get banned constantly have you seen this thread. Its full of people angry at their permabans and 9 out of 10 times its warranted. if you think you're being victimized by riot's tribunal (which isnt operating right now http://tribunal.na.leagueoflegends.com/en_US/maintenance.html ) then send a support ticket. Its not about support. Its about riot doesnt give a shit anymore and personally attacks past toxic players. Me for example used to be the most toxic player in existence but I stopped that and here we are with my rant. If you read the entire thread then you would have seen that Riot goes through previous suspended or punished accounts and punishes them unfairly.

You haven't provided any facts for this other than your words and speculation. its not illegal for riot to look through your old accounts. We agree to give them control over them in the terms of use and privacy policy we agree to when we make our accounts.

Terms of use does not allow riot to sit there and look through our personal account. For example there could be personal information in personal chat windows that they could access. And no there is proof due to the fact I read on one other thread that riot admitted to doing this. I don't deserve punishment. It's also bull shit that riot will not punish those who deserve it. Again I am only toxic to those who start it. Those are the people riot needs to start punishing. And they do not. I have reported so many people for toxicity and bad behavior and believe me when I tell you that when your report punishes a player you get a window confirming it. 99% of the time my reports do absolutely nothing. Do not sit here and comment on my thread if you aren't going to pay attention and just defend the way they treat their players. It's uncouth.

Im uncouth? You bring a complaint i offered you some solutions. You disregarded my suggestions then went on a tirade on how riot is being unjust while provided nothing other than hearsay and speculation. I respond asking for proof and you attacked me by calling me Couth. Just because you dont think reports do anything doesnt make that true. Looking through your account is very legal unless they release that personal information to the public(you are recommended to not post personal info on chats/forums). As i have grown older i have learned that you are in control of your tongue not anyone else. Handling a toxic person with finesse is much more effective than having a shouting match. people get punished for reports because i see the repercussion on this very thread. whether they are just or not is up to the community.

However I do not generally retaliate with hateful words. I laugh it off and tell them their words mean nothing to me. I am not a child and I act accordingly. I did not attack you in any way whatsoever. And yes reports generally do not do anything. That is why there are so many toxic players. And yet again if your report actually does do something riot sends you a confirmation saying your report has punished a player. That's how you know if it actually does something or not. You offer me suggestions that don't do anything and won't help anything. Going to support won't do anything either. Heck I even did their feedback and told them exactly how I felt. They disregard everything and anything that a player says unless its commending them. I went on a rant because I felt the need to voice the complaint of their unjust behavior. It is not fair of them to punish past toxic players. That is my point. And it's not just personal info that goes into personal chat windows. It could be something as simple as how your day is going. They still do not have a right to it. It violates the 9th amendment as well as privacy laws. And the community is one of the biggest issues. How can you punish someone fairly and justly if you have no clue whatsoever what happens in game? You can't. I get chat banned because I tell a teemo one game who went 2/12 and maybe like 5 that he was trash. But yet he doesn't get punished for intentionally feeding. No I get punished for using the word trash one time. Not to mention two of the enemy players were harassing me and abusing me most of the game. They didn't get punished either and that is my entire point.

3 constant reports within a good 10-20 games or so, of the same report, from what i've noticed, leads into punishment. They can get away with calling you an "autistic babbling ape" as long as they do it once every 50 games. It's fucking stupid, but saying "fuck" is a trigger word in the chat logs, so if you do it constantly, then yeah, it'll happen to you.

However I can not count how many times I start getting flamed from the start because I say GG or they have the better team comp and get called a c.u.n.t. or some homophobic remark. Riot is supposed to be severely punishing those who make those comments but do not. That is why I am angry, I have loved this game for awhile but now it has gone to hell and riot isn't helping it at all. Chat restrictions? How is your team supposed to communicate with you if you can't type. Like they are so contradictory it's hilarious. Almost makes me think there are a bunch of teenagers that work there with the way they react. This used to be a great game but now it's not and it makes me so sad. And I rarely even curse in games to be honest.
