All my friend's accounts get permanently banned, why?

Hi league of legends community, hi rioters. I'm an EUW Player who usually plays with a friend of mine but some time ago he got permanently banned.... That was a bad time for both of us, and my friend decided to level up a new account, and after he reached level 10 (or something like that), his account got perma-banned again. (He did NOT flame on his new account, he did on his main one, but did NOT on this new one.) We then decided to recreate a third one for him, but alas, it got banned too. We've been trying to play toghether for a long time, but it became impossible now...

Is that some kind of IP Ban? I think it's a little bit unfair since he's been an honorable player on all of his new accounts and is probably reformed enough to be a nice player to play with...

Is there any kind of method we can get to play toghether again? Or is he going to get all his accounts banned till he gets a new ip adress?

Thank you for your answer, Have a nice evening.

-Gunduct.

If your friend made a post asking why, I could help. Or if your friend wrote in to player support, they could help answer.

I don't give out information about other people's accounts.

Riot doesnt hand out IP bans because of how nebulous the IP system is, not to mention they could end up accidentally banning an entire college dorm or something from the game.

You and your friend may think his behavior has improved, but maybe it really hasn't? I would take a good long introspective look at possible reasons he's still being consistently punished.

If you somehow got a hold of his chat logs and posted them here I would be willing to explain what got him punished if you truly can't figure it out.

Also, if your friend did not receive chat logs, he should still have gotten an email with a date and year listed. The year is actually code for the reason. I'll see if I can find a link to the old forum post about it once I'm back on my computer.

One thing I notice is you said "we then decided to recreate a third one for him" what do you mean "we" and "for him"? Are you all playing on this account? Are you leveling it up together like individually? If you are, account sharing is against the rules and perhaps riot has noticed the drastically different play patterns and banned the account again. Just a thought.
