Permabanned for no reason

Hello people of the community, I have previously been toxic on my account up until the 2 week suspension point. After that I learnt my lesson and had not had a problem since. A couple weeks later, I played a game with a jax that ran it down mid after one death, but pulled his head in later on in the game (hence why I dont mention him after the start of the game, because he genuinely tried to win after that) and a vayne that EXPLICITLY said in chat that she/he was feeding. That is irrelevant though, because I did not flame them. My entire team reported the vayne, and the vayne reported everyone on our team, and I was the one to get permabanned from ONE REPORT. How can riot justify this? this is the chat log from the single game I was permabanned from...and yes, it was one game, not multiple;
