So, I was banned for saying things like "Best Trundle NA" and "ez"? This is my first ban resulting in a 10 game chat restriction which is not only unfair but I now lose access to chests and other loot items! This ban was wrongly placed and I'm quite upset about it.

Doesn't sound wrongfuly placed. Mocking, insulting, and threatening players (incl. with reports) are against the rules. Cut that shit out and you won't get another one.
If you want others to believe you, you might want to post the chat logs you received.
We need the chat log and also saying "ez" is unsportmenlike conducted and will be punished for it.
