I believe that my ban was unjustified and the support specialist doesn't review my chat logs. Can i ask the Support Specialist who's handling my ticket at this moment to direct my ticket to the player behavior team? because i believe i have been falsely banned and i need someone to review my Chat logs, and games, because i wasn't toxic at all.

The support specialist very likely transferred it to player behavior team - as far as I know the support team doesn’t handle anything relating to bans/etc.
You’re welcome to continue pestering them, they may be able to give you some more info, but it’s unlikely.
Those "gj" weren't sarcastic as the rioter in support said, i really got help from bot lane, mid, etc etc, i helped all lanes and at the end got reported while top lane didnt want to teamplay, group, fight, or stop trolling, or flaming
