I believe that my ban was unjustified and the support specialist doesn't review my chat logs. Can i ask the Support Specialist who's handling my ticket at this moment to direct my ticket to the player behavior team? because i believe i have been falsely banned and i need someone to review my Chat logs, and games, because i wasn't toxic at all.

Chermorg1 votesGenerally speaking once they’ve determined that it’s final, not much can change it. Thus they may close the ticket if you keep responding just asking for a review, which they performed.
The bottom line is you were on very thin ice due to your recent ban, and that game shows that you were not reformed, considering you still were negative to your team in it. Even if you were joking, you talk a lot about reporting, leaving, and your team’s mistakes, instead of using chat for its intended use of discussing future strategy.

This game is run by the most liberal safe space babies ever. That's just stupid. I got a 14 day ban after suffering through 3 troll games in a row and the last one i got harassed all game by BOTH teams and my team trolling me. Then got reported because after three straight games of legit trolls/afks i finally snapped and said something back. This game expects you to be perfect. The perma ban on this guy is proof of that. What he did is barely even close to slightly off putting. If that's all it takes to get banned then nothing you do will ever be enough to reform. They don't even give you time to reform they just ban you every time you make a mistake. When i had first started and i wasn't even level 30 i was harassed nonstop by both teams in just about every game for not being a smurf like everyone else. I snapped in 3 games out of 100 and got a chat ban. That was my first experience in this game since then i have been learning a lot about their pathetic over harsh retarded system.
We all know every game has a minimum of 2 people asking for someone to be reported.
Here's how it works. You get enough reports in a certain amount of time you get banned weather chat or actual. But that's how it is. Now you can appeal this as it can happen to innocent people. But if you in ANY game even one time no matter how mild broke a rule YOU WILL BE PUNISHED. Doesn't matter if your the nicest person in the world every game but that one game someone really really pissed you off and you finally snapped and said shut the fuck up. That one game even out of 100 WILL get you punished simply because all those FALSE reports stacked up. That is why this system is bad. Not because it also gets rid of bad people but because it gets rid of people just having a bad day. It gives no chance for people to reform because it gets harsher and harsher. There's no warnings that hey your starting to get reported a bit much so maybe take a break and calm down before playing again. You know a friendly reminder. There's no reforming in this game because even if you become less and less toxic you can be banned in only a few games after your last ban so there's no time to take a breath or a break. You just get banned. You also cannot counter the false reports with honor. If your being honored by people you aren't in a party or at least to a lesser degree people you are in a party with with you should have reports removed from your stack. Clearly if your being honored you aren't being toxic so it should balance each other out. But it doesn't. There is no system in place to SHOW you have reformed. To show your improvement. There should be a way to decay your bad games with your good games. That way only people who are toxic consistently will be removed while people who show genuine improvement will just be better and better. But if you just ban people you set a precedent that if someone does something you don't like you can make them go away simply by reporting them weather they did anything wrong or not. I bet 75 percent of all reports are false.
YOU MUST BE PERFECT TO NEVER BE PUNISHED _ OR_ You must NOT PLAY MANY GAMES IN A SHORT ENOUGH TIME OR YOU MUST ONLY PLAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS WHO WONT REPORT YOU FOR NO REASON.

Stoopid Blonde1 votesWhat your saying is on a day you didnt get enough sleep because neighbors are loud then you decide to play so you try out IN A NORMAL GAME A champ you haven't played before and have to fight an enemy you haven't faced much of before and do bad you get harassed and flamed by your team who by the way is also feeding. Then in the next game your adc decides to rq and you manage to almost carry a 4 v 5 going 22 9 but lose. Then the next game you have your mid whose doing ok but your being camped by the enemy jungler you request your jungler ignore it and go get a free dragon instead the mid and jungler continuously go in your lane and die over and over turning one bad trade into a lost lane. All this while you keep asking them to stop trying to help and focus on bot and dragon. This is while BOTH teams are harassing you for not doing well. So in that game you snap and yell at your mid and jungler because 3 games in a row of bullshit on top of a lack of sleep has worn your patience down and you just don't care anymore bout trying to be nice. Boom report city and banned. I guarantee you in most of my games I'm not toxic, i don't say anything mean, and by most games i mean 95 percent of them. I bet you I'm also reported in a minimum of 50 percent simply cause I'm bad at the game since I'm new. So those reports add up and that ONE mistake gets me punished. I would file an appeal but unfortunately i DID break the rules at least ONCE. So because i wasn't perfect i cant have the bullshit removed. So you are incorrect. You do have to be perfect, at least if you want to be able to appeal a punishment assuming you played enough games in a row.

It may not have been warranting a chat restriction if you’ve never been punished, but considering it came about 2 weeks after you got off your last ban, you were on very thin ice. The fact you were that negative in that game shows that you weren’t reformed.

You multiple times in the game told other players to be reported. That’s unnecessary and negative. It’s not focused on the game. And more reports do nothing, only one is needed.
