Whatever word you used to get the %%%% is probably what triggered the system and you've probably had previous punishments for chat issues before this one and thus Riot deemed you didn't feel like adjusting your attitude ever

I can't check your game history but I am going to guess you are like the name suggests trash.

And I have no problem with language but if I saw a baby like you in my game I would really enjoy pushing the report button.
