strange suspension

Guys when i login in to my account the page shows that my account was permantely suspended and i need to check the email for additional information. When i check the email i did not receive any message and information. I did not have any behavioral problems during the game. There is no warning about my account. This is weird. Can you guys help me or provide the method i can contact with the roit? Thank you so much. I am innocent and feel so bad.

Check the spam folder, it might have gone there. Also what did the client say you were banned for when you logged in?

Submit a request to support at the top of the page. I'd assume this has something to do with a chargeback or account protection.

Check Spam/Junk and if you didn't get one, file a support ticket.
