i have done nothing wrong and i need help it says that i have been permanently banned and it says check you email for more info and i check and nothing is there can some one help me

There should be more in an email shortly or send a ticket in, that should answer your questions.

try logging in again, there should be a popup when you log in that shows why you are banned. unless you got banned for scripts or something

i sent a ticket in and i got banned and did nothing wrong
