There should be more in an email shortly or send a ticket in, that should answer your questions.

try logging in again, there should be a popup when you log in that shows why you are banned. unless you got banned for scripts or something

You are probably gonna have to wait for support to respond to your ticket.

You have a lot of somewhat suspect games in your recent history. From the limited info available It seems the most likely scenario is that you were banned by a manual review for trolling.
