Hey fellow ADC players! Here are some tips to improve!
These tips are mostly attitude based. As someone who years ago was chat restricted due to raging at my Support, these are super simple tips that can not only help ADC's work well with their Supports. But also other roles in other lanes.

- Not Every Off the Meta or Non-Support Champ is a Troll.
I see this more often in Normal's. Not even Ranked. Normal's. People instantly saying "We lost GG Ahri Support" and simply not trying from the start of the match. It's Normal's man. And it's also a game with over 150 Champs. Many that can do well in different roles they usually don't go in.
Some people actually play off the Meta Champs in odd roles to throw the enemy team off. The person doing the most damage in terms of causing issues for the team isn't the off the Meta player. It's the person giving up before it's even begun.
- Don't Focus on what other people are doing WRONG. Focus on what you could have done better.
Many people don't improve because they are too focused on what someone else is doing. How someone else is out of position. How someone else died by mistake. So much to the point where they themselves don't improve.
This mostly is being directed at Bot Lane due to you being the only Duo Lane. But this can apply to all Lanes. Such as when someone blames the Jungler.
It's not the Junglers Fault you lost a solo lane. "No ganks" is not why you lost lane. And it's something very common I see a lot of players say.
Or "Troll/Noob Support" If the Support isn't diving two enemy players at full health non stop, they probably aren't trolling. They just suck. Just like you probably do.
You're in the Elo you're in because that's as high as your skill cap is. I've won lane with really bad supports. And most bad supports know they are bad and are just here to improve, as you should be.
- Mute people who are blaming you.
If someone is yelling "Stop Feeding" because you died twice, just mute them. Everyone dies. Don't focus on the person yelling at you and take a mental note on how you died and why. Then remember how you died so it won't happen again. That's self improvement.
Very, very rarely will there be a death that was unpreventable that you yourself didn't cause
Did you run in front of your Tank during a Team fight, get stunned and died? That's not your Teams Fault. Despite all they might have done to save you, you're playing the Squishies role in the game. Don't be reckless.
Hit who you can safely hit, even if its just hitting the Tank till you see someone Squisher in a unsafe position. And even if the enemy is in an unsafe position...Are you in a SAFE Position to kill them without dying? And you don't have to absolutely kill the person if they are low. If they are low enough to finish off but become unsafe to finish off. Leave them and refocus on the fight. That person is now just a kill waiting to happen, focus back on the 4v5 you just made and attack who you can.
Everyone is trying to kill you specifically. You've got to treat yourself like you're the King in a Game of Chess. If they kill you, That Team fight has just been lost if you don't have a solid APC. (usually teams do, but still, you dish out the most DPS.)
- Relax
I don't wanna say the cliche that it's just a game, but you learn more when you're Relaxed. You can analyze more. The games are meant to be fun. So have fun!
