My Perma ban.

I don't feel entitled in anyway. I fully understand the extent of my comments and how they may affect someone. If you've paid full attention to some of my reportable games, I've gone to the extent to make sure whoever i'm taking crap to is at least old enough. I've invested a lot of money in this game and I don't expect that to trump my poor behavior. I do feel though I have spent enough to at least give me one more chance. Like you say in your perma ban statement. Riot is aware that the game is intense. A good chunk of the battle is within when dealing with over sensitive people intending to troll and bad players when its one of those games. you make a platform to honor indifference and punish the people that love this game but just can't help to naturally get triggered. I'm a grown ass adult and its just a game. but I've materialized this game now by how much I've spent. So thank you riot for truly showing me the consequences I guess. I understand everything. No objections. Just please implement a perma chat system before truly banning someone. you guys are walking away with a lot of money. and idk. it feels like a grey area. I guess this is what i get for accepting without reading.

They tried a system like this, but there are two main points against it:

  • League is a team game, first and foremost. If you can't be trusted to talk to people without being toxic, they'd rather not have you playing.
  • They tested things like extended chat bans and extended chat restrictions, and found that this led to a rather large increase in other methods of trolling, some of them harder to detect.

They already implemented a perma-chat once, didn't work. Players found other ways to ruin someone's game when they're unable to type. As for money, it's absolutely irrelevant. Money doesn't make you invulnerable, so no, just because you have spent a lot doesn't mean you get special treatments. You had enough warnings and chances.

Next time use the mute function and you have nothing to say, as you should know as an adult, if you have nothing nice or appropriate to say, best not to say anything at all. Just because you're on the internet doesn't mean you have any less of a responsibility of being an adult and refusing to respect the ToU.

You already got previous warnings on your behaviour (chat restricts and/or 14 days ban). You were warned if you keep that behaviour you would face a perma ban, despite the money you invested. [leblanc-funny]

By adding a perma mute chat you're basically forcing everyone to play with a muted teammate no matter what, aka, a handicap, instead of stepping up your game.
