"Trolling"

I was wondering if Rito planned on making changes to discipline for people who ruin the gaming experiences of those around them. I am not talking about out of meta picks or trying different build paths, I am talking about people who intentionally feed/troll your team (in case that is not clear, like a bard who buys 6 daggers and continually troll ults your team, doesn't help and feed). Toxicity exists in this game because of this and although it is also unacceptable, I would rather have a toxic dickhead than a troll teammate. It makes me not want to play this game anymore. It's tiring, I can't count how many ranked games I've lost because of this. Dunkey was right about this, I have yet to see changes to this form of behavior at all.
