I won't dispute that I haven't been toxic in many games over the past year. I play solo que. I get toxic players in the vast majority of my games I join. I am reactive a lot of the times and resort to swearing and voicing my frustrations in chat. I am in the wrong for sure so this isn't an argument about my behavior.

Get a better communication in place if you guys want to permanently ban people for not remaining PG indefinably. Other than the fine print under the user agreements we scroll through without reading to log in. I feel very trolled by riot and honestly if my account is permanently banned then I have a lot of other places I can spend my money. I have received ZERO emails from Riot regarding any bans, chat restrictions or any other sort of communication about rule violations or my account. I have gotten emails every time I purchase RP though.

At the end of the day its your game Riot. If you want to pretend you are going to solve your toxic player problem by banning people for swearing then good lord just remove your chat. People swear in online games. That is not the problem. Its the trolls in your games and toxic immature players that are ruining everyone's game experience for everyone and you are now empowering them with the means to threaten other players with reports. You are creating situations where people start "all chatting" with both teams asking everyone to report so and so instead of focusing on the actual game and trying to win or turn things around. Its a joke. Almost every game I ever win there is someone on the other team asking me to report someone. In the games I lose it my team asking the other team to report who ever they feel is getting mad or the reason for a loss. Every game someone is getting reported or threatened with reports. I main Jungle for crying out loud, so I am constantly getting blamed by every lane if they are losing because apparently I am suppose to gank 3 lanes at once and hold everyone's hand or its my fault. Permanently banning accounts and their associated purchases, but not the actual person, without any form of good communication or warning in place to top it off? That's unethical and bad business if you ask me.

I have spent honest to god somewhere between $700 and $1000 over the past year and a half on RP points and hextech boxes. Yes I had hextech skins with your insanely expensive and hard to randomly generate gemstones..... And now my account is permanently banned because I am in violation of rules I didn't even know where going to taken this extremely. I do not get any refunds or RP returned or transferred to another account. Had I known I was on the verge of being permanently banned I would of refrained from arguing with anyone or flaming at toxic players altogether, or at least attempted to a lot harder. I was unaware that I could even be permanently banned. Great communication guys. I was told I would receive an email explaining my ban. Nope. Nothing. I've checked all day.

you might wanna stop cuz this is like the 5th time you have posted this.

If i were riot i would answer 'There is no warning for permaban because if you did a huge offense and it was so wrong, you could say they haven't given a warning. And that is not possible.' or something like that

So may you please just accept the fact that you did something that deserved a permaban?

If you try to log into your account there should be a chat log excerpt if it was for verbal reasons.

You can also create a support ticket by scrolling up and clicking the support tab at the top of this page. You'll get a response in a couple days (average response time; just wait it out and don't bump the ticket because that will send you to the back of the line).

p.s. make sure you double check that the e-mail tied to your account is the same as the one you bound your account to. (top right of this page under settings in the drop-down menu)

Swearing doesn't get you banned. Not being PG doesn't get you banned. Being an ass gets you banned.

As in: What did you do that you knew was wrong did anyway and are now complaining about?

Thanks for the log the 1st few lines were fine, but after that you fell apart. I didn't see one thing you said after that was even neutral?

Have you been punished before this one? Sure you have and that was your warning. I don't like to see people lose accounts. More then That I Don't want/enjoy playing in games with this much smack talk in it.

When I run into someone nasty I ask once maybe twice but I ask them to stfu nicely, then I don't add on. BTW: by my own choice I don't curse in-game however, I am not offended by it unless directed at someone.

This kind of game does nothing to help win, make anyone feel better..what is the point? You have many things that are and should be reported in this log alone. Since I don't have access to the rest of your games I have to say deserved.

If by chance someone is thinking that shit talking in games make them feel better at the time -- Consider this case, later you may well regret it...Hit the mute and try to remember that although a game on-line REAL people are also playing.

As for this part, yep that sucks. But, it doesn't matter how much $ you spend. Everyone choices to spend what they want to and no one twisted arms to get it.

I see so many people use this as it is an excuse as to why they shouldn't be banned. It's a deterrent !

I am curious to know what others think of a different kind of reform that may allow people to get back accounts....Sorry, OP maybe I should make a different thread but as I'd like your opinion I'll leave it here for now.

LonleyFelon, if there was some kind of way to get your account back would you abide by the rules now and try? And, I mean any account a individual has would have to be watched ( not sure if it's even feasible)

Ending with this is just a new thought: as for me and don't know that I've ever read anything about a way to do this so I don't know pro/con of this. I don't even know if I'd advice it if I were in position to. Would it make a difference?
