pls explain how im chat restricted from these chat logs riot

would like to understand what i could have said differently this to me is completely fine. i was flamed by the entire team who in lane was 3 kills to 17 kills and their enemy jungler was 0/0/0 at 6 min when they started flaming me and saying report udyr troll. i just dont understand how im getting reported for these someone help pls!!! These are the snippets from your chat log that likely got you punished. You're negative, argumentative, you clearly didn't mute someone you should've, and you seem to have been flaming your teammates in /All Chat - I can only assume, anyway. Also, threatening with reports and dismissively joking about a player potentially being punished for their chat is flaming.

As an aside, this line in particular unfortunately encapsulates exactly what got you punished:

You weren't protecting yourself. Protecting yourself would have been either tactfully deflecting accusations of you trolling (the "you're too low on mana" thing would've sufficed in that regard), and muting players who clearly just want to start shit. You did one, but you let it spiral out of control.

What you did was, essentially, retaliating. Not quite as direct as most, but retaliating nonetheless.

i guess i just was stating that in chat so people reading the reports being sent to me would understand im saying why i couldnt help and why i didnt gank. im still very unsure as to why im being punished for what was a very mildely arguementative statement that i did do. i guess ive never seen anyone being punished for this small of an action i didnt curse them out call them shit or anything i just said why i cant gank. and i continued farming at which point i was flamed for my teammates dying 17 times in about 12 min how can i gank for any lane down so many kills i tried to explain this nicely. i was threatning with reports i was saying that anyone flaming me like this is chat for no real reason would be reported ive never seen anyone say in chat u will be reported and then get banned from a chat. thats just so touchy if thats really all it takes. im baffled...

Out of curiosity, was this the only chat log provided in your reform card? Normally, instances of mild flame like this can involve multiple games, but I've also seen it mentioned that the IFS shows no preference in how many logs it provides.

Either way, it's fairly likely that this wasn't the only match you were negative in - the IFS issues punishments based off of Severity and Frequency, and, with a case like this, I can't help but wonder if you've had many more games like this.

this was the ONLY chat log provided which is why im here so puzzled how this could even warrent a penalty of such minor if any issues.

oh i understand what u mean i never said anything toxic though. just stated a couple opinions i also average about 300 cs a game so believe me i also make time for csing lol. i also enjoy the little small banter between teams and the sense of community that chatting has. i just felt at some point when all 4 teammates made it a point to blame me for the loss and took no self accountability that im able to stand of for myself. i didnt think making arguements for why i dont believe i broke any rules in chat was ban worthy. thats all im getting to i guess. thanks for taking time to respond to the post :D

Also you are too reactive. If someone say something that you know is factually wrong, make it a habit to say to yourself out loud, "you know what, you're muted." and then follow up. Most of the people who aren't in gold try to come up with some false logic for what they know. A jungler has to balance farming and ganking and with these new runes the act is harder when lanes lose early for no good reason. In fact, I'd go as far to say that if you aren't playing a tank this season that you are basically obsolete, which is horrible because it's the role that makes the second least amount of gold and has to work the hardest to control the game, even harder than support because at least they work with someone from the beginning.

i have been playing since beta had other accounts as well ive been all the way to plat as a jungler so i know the game relatively well im not a genius of the game and dont claim to be just wonder the opinion of this topic of why i was reprimanded for such a little thing like this. ive now made it a point to not say even hi or anything in chat since this game as i do not want to be banned on this account or have any issues. it sucks that ur not even able to talk without someone being so soft and reporting u for any little thing. so nop more chat for me i guess problem solved and also loss of community interaction at the same time. what can u do. thanks for taking ur time to read anyways :D

I'm on the verge here. Yes, you're argumentative, but you're not toxic. At all.

You're just stating circumstances and a few facts. Unless you just came off another chat restriction, I'd let that one slip.

What is bothersome is that you break up your sentences in single lines, and don't send them as full sentences. That would bother me. Maybe the IFS has ADD and doesn't like that you do that either. I dk.

this was the only chat log shown for the chat restriction. thats why im so puzzled how something so little cause my to be chat restricted when i literally see more toxic chat in all games ive been in then this. this is just so mild so be reported for. thanks for taking ur time to respond much appreciated

i saw an account name from the enemy team with a name of an account that someone levels and sells. so i just said it and also said i dont mind u bought it just saying type of thing i didnt even report that the account was bought it was just a useless convo that i stated thats all. and thanks for the input on the post much appreciated
