Wrongly Perm Banned Toxic

I understand first of all the backlash I will get for this post. I have been perm banned for Toxicity. I got the games chat ban. Then the 2 week ban but I have been seriously trying to cut down. However the reasons that I have been given (you get chat logs when you log in) don't even have flaming in them. Some of them can appear almost as if I am being aggressive but when I remember what was being said to me they are VERY mellow.

If the case is even if flamed to just 100% ignore then I guess I am in the wrong. But surely not so I have come here.

Let's have a look at some of them and see what you guys think.

Now let's take what looks like any toxicity and analyze how it really isn't. The game is just jumping on words and ignoring context.

"Asher: cry ryze Asher: LB early vs ryze"

During this part of the game the Ryze was calling me bad at the game because my champ (lb) counters his and I had my jungler gank. I was merely defending myself.

"Asher: idiot"

When this happened he called me an idiot and I repeated him and laughed as to suggest how am I an idiot.

"Asher: report vayne"

Could be seen as flaming but if anyone has the ability to check logs or in game time and all that, at this point she was 0/5 top lane I believe and it appeared she was int feeding.

Can be seen as toxic, but again she was 0/7 I think at this time, and this was shortly after I said report vayne. It really looks like she is int feeding.

This one is me defending myself directly from Ahri after she said I was cry cry I believe.

Ahri at this point was trying to blame her jungler for her losing her lane. I was explaining why to her and she said I was bad over and over. I killed her and then said the SAME thing back to her. This may be considered toxicity but surely you shouldn't be punished for defending yourself.

The last bit may sound like I am flaming vayne, but it was all chat to renekton who was flaming his team for the loss and I was explaining how he cannot be annoyed as we had a bad vayne etc.

This is an exampleof actual toxicity and I am sorry for it. Notice however I did not insult him or anything, I used caps as emphasis and swore. I didn't call him bad, or tell him to uninstall etc.

I was flamed at this point I believe, and I redirected it to the real reason we lost the team fight.

Caps, but I am clearly not flaming and I was spamming pings at a over pushed Draven. Yes it looks aggressive so maybe.

Caps again but galio threatened to go afk or something so the hot hotheadedness makes sense.

1st it was an actual KS as in, you 1 v 1 someone and they walk in and wait a sec then use an ability. That kind. But I shouldn't have called him an idiot.

And this is the ending rant of that game, where everyone is blaming everyone. There are caps in there but surely saying things such as "YOU HAVE 11 DEATHS" isn't toxic. Draven was trying to blame the jungler and I was saying he doesn't need help as he should be able to not feed by just hugging tower. Draven was then trying to explain his feed away so I explained how feeding worked (because he actually didn't know) and I ended with "idiot" as he was flaming me and jungler before hand.

Now that is the full 3 games that they have as evidence as to why I don't deserve to play on summoners rift anymore. I understand I am not the most peaceful person but in my 3 years playing league I have read stuff so much worse. When I am just criticizing the state of a game and often just pointing out what has happened. Also to be noted is that one of the 2 games that got me 2 week banned was me flaming 2 pre made int feeders that were not bad, they just ran down bot every time they spawned. Stuff like "why Fucking play if you just wanna troll" etc. Now I know Riot are not lenient are in fact very proud of their automated banning system but I really want a person to review this because is that/this ban worthy.

How in the world do you find the time to type that much during game play. I only ever type a couple things at the start and during a game I might say.."Baron, but if they come turn on them

That's it!

Your chat logs are increasingly more agressive, by the 3rd one your swearing at people. If you were in good standing you would not have gotten in trouble for those logs, but you were in trouble and needed to be an angel.

You simply needed to not talk.

While I can understand a certain amount of back and forth flaming, even if I don't condone it, after all it's not uncommon for people to snap at each other when they get worked up in a competitive situation, what I do not understand is why anyone would resort to saying things like this:

Whether he took a kill or not, it doesn't matter. It does not give you or anyone else the right to say that he deserves to suffer a long, agonizing death at the hands of a brutal disease. This is the sort of comment that people should think twice before throwing it casually about the internet.

I mean you dont need to go into context because at the end of the day its not needed. You decided to be toxic, even if you done worse in the past doesnt excuse that you were on thin ice. Still it shows the system you didnt learn from your past mistakes and since you already went up in the punishment tier the only logical step is to go to the next step after already going through the 14 day ban.

Stop talking about people's gameplay. You deserved it. I'm actually one ban away from perma for ONE reason, arguing back with people like you. You are that person bringing down the teams by harassing them about their gameplay all match. 10/10 would ban.

You think that in reality you don't deserve your ban, well look at it from my perspective. Argue back with the people flaming you, still get banned. What do you think happens to the player(you) flaming that other one?

Just because you didn't tell someone to kill themselves doesn't mean what you said was justified. It's like a robber telling a police officer that they can't arrest him because there are people being murdered. Just accept it and move on.
