Wrongly Perm Banned Toxic

I understand first of all the backlash I will get for this post. I have been perm banned for Toxicity. I got the games chat ban. Then the 2 week ban but I have been seriously trying to cut down. However the reasons that I have been given (you get chat logs when you log in) don't even have flaming in them. Some of them can appear almost as if I am being aggressive but when I remember what was being said to me they are VERY mellow.

If the case is even if flamed to just 100% ignore then I guess I am in the wrong. But surely not so I have come here.

Let's have a look at some of them and see what you guys think.

Now let's take what looks like any toxicity and analyze how it really isn't. The game is just jumping on words and ignoring context.

"Asher: cry ryze Asher: LB early vs ryze"

During this part of the game the Ryze was calling me bad at the game because my champ (lb) counters his and I had my jungler gank. I was merely defending myself.

"Asher: idiot"

When this happened he called me an idiot and I repeated him and laughed as to suggest how am I an idiot.

"Asher: report vayne"

Could be seen as flaming but if anyone has the ability to check logs or in game time and all that, at this point she was 0/5 top lane I believe and it appeared she was int feeding.

Can be seen as toxic, but again she was 0/7 I think at this time, and this was shortly after I said report vayne. It really looks like she is int feeding.

This one is me defending myself directly from Ahri after she said I was cry cry I believe.

Ahri at this point was trying to blame her jungler for her losing her lane. I was explaining why to her and she said I was bad over and over. I killed her and then said the SAME thing back to her. This may be considered toxicity but surely you shouldn't be punished for defending yourself.

The last bit may sound like I am flaming vayne, but it was all chat to renekton who was flaming his team for the loss and I was explaining how he cannot be annoyed as we had a bad vayne etc.

This is an exampleof actual toxicity and I am sorry for it. Notice however I did not insult him or anything, I used caps as emphasis and swore. I didn't call him bad, or tell him to uninstall etc.

I was flamed at this point I believe, and I redirected it to the real reason we lost the team fight.

Caps, but I am clearly not flaming and I was spamming pings at a over pushed Draven. Yes it looks aggressive so maybe.

Caps again but galio threatened to go afk or something so the hot hotheadedness makes sense.

1st it was an actual KS as in, you 1 v 1 someone and they walk in and wait a sec then use an ability. That kind. But I shouldn't have called him an idiot.

And this is the ending rant of that game, where everyone is blaming everyone. There are caps in there but surely saying things such as "YOU HAVE 11 DEATHS" isn't toxic. Draven was trying to blame the jungler and I was saying he doesn't need help as he should be able to not feed by just hugging tower. Draven was then trying to explain his feed away so I explained how feeding worked (because he actually didn't know) and I ended with "idiot" as he was flaming me and jungler before hand.

Now that is the full 3 games that they have as evidence as to why I don't deserve to play on summoners rift anymore. I understand I am not the most peaceful person but in my 3 years playing league I have read stuff so much worse. When I am just criticizing the state of a game and often just pointing out what has happened. Also to be noted is that one of the 2 games that got me 2 week banned was me flaming 2 pre made int feeders that were not bad, they just ran down bot every time they spawned. Stuff like "why Fucking play if you just wanna troll" etc. Now I know Riot are not lenient are in fact very proud of their automated banning system but I really want a person to review this because is that/this ban worthy.

Yes I was toxic in some cases. But the point is in the games demonstrated I was not really toxic. I listed them from weak to strong in terms of my toxicity and the 1st game it is pretty clear I was not toxic at all. Also you only need 2 games to get into the 2 week ban. One of those games on the two week ban was me flaming 2 int feeders that were not bad players, they just chose to feed (premade) for fun or something.

I broke the rules yes. But if you read my post you will see I didn't flame once in the first game. If so how is that being used as evidence against me. As I said it has taken set words out of context.

You called someone an idiot. That's flaming. It doesn't matter what the other person did first. You responded to an insult with an insult. It's still an insult, and it definitely counts as toxic behavior. The system does not allow you to justify toxic behavior with what anyone else in the game is doing. Your cumulative history of toxicity got you banned.

If you start a new account, you should really consider cutting way back on your chat, and avoid any kind of retaliatory language.

Example (explained in the post) Ahri (enemy) called me an idiot. I said "idiot lol" "I am doing better than you" when I say idiot I am not calling her one, I am commenting on her insult of my play. Out of context it looks like I am being toxic, in context I am not.

omg context doesn't matter. The system was design like this intentionally because you escalated the situation by responding. Nothing you say can justify your words. The permaban was justified and this discussion is over.

You wasnt "really toxic", so that implies that you were, just not that much. you need to not be toxic period. especially coming off of a 14 day ban, you should just not use chat, or just say nice things till you get back into good standing.

Also im not sure what you mean by: Also you only need 2 games to get into the 2 week ban. Not sure where you got that information but punishment is on a tier. Once you get reported it gets reviewed (in the case of toxic chat) then it looks at your chat to see if anything you said was toxic. It doesnt take into account if something is not really toxic, or worse. Then it punishes you base on that information. it could be any number of games you are toxic in, the system isnt perfect so some people can get away with it through multiple games, or get caught right off the bat. Its especially worse once you get off of a 14 day ban because the system already gave you numerous chances.

Well in first game you used one of most toxic and most pathetic lines

Which is used by toxic people to try and humiliate opponent even more. That alone is enough and is mark of someone toxic. Not to mention other things. It considered unsportsmanlike and is also punishable.

Your chat logs are increasingly more agressive, by the 3rd one your swearing at people. If you were in good standing you would not have gotten in trouble for those logs, but you were in trouble and needed to be an angel.

You simply needed to not talk.

Yh I ranked the games from best to worst in terms of my toxic level. Yes talking less in games is good and I really do wish to do so. But I just get carried away when I am emotional. I got to this level by flaming int feeders which caused my 2 week ban. Now the first game on my post you can see was me not really flaming. Yes I can be toxic as seen but I haven't been to the point where a perm ban is really needed.

While I can understand a certain amount of back and forth flaming, even if I don't condone it, after all it's not uncommon for people to snap at each other when they get worked up in a competitive situation, what I do not understand is why anyone would resort to saying things like this:

Whether he took a kill or not, it doesn't matter. It does not give you or anyone else the right to say that he deserves to suffer a long, agonizing death at the hands of a brutal disease. This is the sort of comment that people should think twice before throwing it casually about the internet.

I mean you dont need to go into context because at the end of the day its not needed. You decided to be toxic, even if you done worse in the past doesnt excuse that you were on thin ice. Still it shows the system you didnt learn from your past mistakes and since you already went up in the punishment tier the only logical step is to go to the next step after already going through the 14 day ban.

First of all. One of the Two games that was used as evidence for my 14 day was me flaming 2 int feeders. So I progressed up the ladder unfairly I would say. As evidence by the first game I show, I am not toxic in it and therefore should not have progressed further up.

And thats just one game they shown, i agree they really need to change the way they give proof of toxic behavior, but at the same time that doesnt excuse the other times you were toxic, especially your other two games shown. Remember just because they dont show you all the games you were toxic and reported in, doesnt mean those didnt count as well. You shown the system you cannot reform and therefore you go up the next tier in punishment!

I think what urks me the most about this whole experience is that Yes I am toxic sometimes. I am not saying I am not. But the fact that other people who go afk. Troll. Int Feed. Personally Insult etc get away scott free and me here who happened to slip through the tier system (as I said flaming int feeders, the first game on this post etc) gets permanently banned. Now I didn't mention it in the post because the community hates people who do. But I am just so gutted because all the skins and stuff I will never use again, and it does feel unfair that such a decision to perm ban me should be reviewed by an actual person rather than a system that goes "toxic words identified - BAN"

How do you know they weren't punished? You only get the message if yours was final report that gave them a punishment. For all you know someone else reported after you, or someone reported them in the next game and now they are punished. They could also be on a different level when it comes to punishment. Maybe the system sees that they aren't toxic. But that report on them will help if they keep that act up, just as it went on your record. Remember you have no idea how many people have reported you, how many times a legit report has gone on your record.

So for all you know they have been punished. If it's a simple chat restiction you cannot know unless you talk to them. Am doing if they stop playing for 14 day so or more than you know they are ban!

Stop talking about people's gameplay. You deserved it. I'm actually one ban away from perma for ONE reason, arguing back with people like you. You are that person bringing down the teams by harassing them about their gameplay all match. 10/10 would ban.

You think that in reality you don't deserve your ban, well look at it from my perspective. Argue back with the people flaming you, still get banned. What do you think happens to the player(you) flaming that other one?

I think you got the context wrong. I have not flamed anybody for their play. When it is mentioned it is because they are flaming me and I retaliate with a logical analysis.

keyword retaliate. legit, you can just fly with radio silence, and they will generally stop bitching at you within a few minutes. all you are doing by responding is fanning the flames.

Just because you didn't tell someone to kill themselves doesn't mean what you said was justified. It's like a robber telling a police officer that they can't arrest him because there are people being murdered. Just accept it and move on.
