Let's talk about what "unsportsmanlike" means
I've received a fourteen-day ban for use of the word "%%%got". I got angry at the enemy team. Now I know it's a naughty word, but rito tells me I was banned for unsportsmanlike conduct. My conduct was extremely sportsmanlike, so ultimately I was banned for using a naughty word--a word which I'd have stopped using and apologized for if anybody had spoken up rather than quietly reporting me at the end of the (very pleasant) game.
Everything I said (except for "gg" at the end) was in team chat, and apart from momentary outbursts, I was quick with a compliment to my teammates for their successes, while not criticizing their failures.

I know the majority will be against me on this, but it's bullshit. I didn't use the word in a hurtful or homophibic way or say anything unkind to anyone. I groused quietly in team chat about the enemy Alistar disrupting up my Sion Qs.
