I get flamed for taking kindred adc AND when I decide to flame back when I got angry, suddenly I'm the only one getting punished.

An objective one where players who flame get punished, because flaming, of any sort, isn't tolerated. Flaming other players isn't allowed, whether they start it or you start it. Both players get strikes towards punishment for this behavior.

As I'm just a volunteer moderator, I can't check. You'd have to tell me/show me. I do know the system fairly well and could probably tell you WHY it got you a permanent ban if you tell me your punishment history and show me the logs, and I can tell you if I think you'd have success asking Player Support to consider downgrading the punishment, but that's about it.

They likely got progressed towards their own punishments as well. You, however, showed a LOT of zero-tolerance behavior: racist, religious discrimination, hate speech, %%%%philia/rape comments, etc, in addition to insults. That will get you punished 100% of the time, and will get you aggressively punished, almost certainly skipping at least 1-2 punishment steps. This permanent ban, unfortunately, seems 100% justified.

Every account has its own punishment history. So both sides would have the game as a record of their punishable behaviour, but only after that behaviour reaches a breaking point a punishment is given.
Since the chat pasted above is 100% 14-day ban worthy, it jumped the account up a step, which ended up being a permaban. Depending on how toxic their chat was and their account history, they could be only on their way to a punishment but not quite there yet.

Riot gets rid of the problem. You chose to be part of the problem. They gave you a few chances. You continued to be part of the problem. Even after you could have reflected on your attitude after your 14-day ban.
No one is responsible for your lack of self-control, so you decided to be a problem because another player was being a problem isn't an excuse nor are you obligated to.
