I get flamed for taking kindred adc AND when I decide to flame back when I got angry, suddenly I'm the only one getting punished.

An objective one where players who flame get punished, because flaming, of any sort, isn't tolerated. Flaming other players isn't allowed, whether they start it or you start it. Both players get strikes towards punishment for this behavior.
What was in your chat logs, and how many previous punishments have you had on this account?

The system is fine and two wrongs do not make right. There are only two things you can be in this game. You're either part of the game or part of the problem. Riot gets rid of the problem. You chose to be part of the problem. They gave you a few chances. You continued to be part of the problem. Even after you could have reflected on your attitude after your 14-day ban.
No one is responsible for your lack of self-control, so you decided to be a problem because another player was being a problem isn't an excuse nor are you obligated to.

If you fight back you are also verbal abusing. Just mute the game that's what I do.

Clearly you have been punished before. So maybe you should look in the mirror. I mute all every game... Here to play not talk. And I have been verbal back as well because it can get to you. So /mute all works great for me now. I don't even turn on cross chat, no point. I'm here to fight not have a talk..
You are going to need to start muting instead.
