i was banned. someone help please

I was banned for "scripting" even though I don’t have a third-party program. I have emailed league support multiple times and also have made a discussion on the boards for player behavior and moderation and have gotten nothing back so i decided to put one on the support and help page even though u are not supposed to. Awhile later a riot member commented and told me to submit a ticket or make a discussion on player behavior and moderation which I never heard back on yet I have made multiple tickets but I they keep sending me the same copy and pasted response. I’ve asked for proof of why I was banned but they haven’t given me any I have not used any third party programs and I do not believe I deserve this ban. I’ve played this game for a long time and I recently took a short break. I came back to this ban with no real evidence and reasoning. Essentially, I’ve been permanently banned and haven’t even been given the exact reasons behind it. I am very worried that I will not be able to get my account back and I am wondering if anyone can help solve the problem hopefully a riot member can help me get my account back or give me insight to why I was permanently banned I tried reddit and i got this back Hi /u/zkyr. This ban makes no sense to me and I haven’t even been shown proof. I’m an average Silver III player, with a 49%-win rate, I have no need for scripts.
