Suspended and I don't know why...

Well just recently I was in queue when I got kicked out because my account became suspended. I'm not sure why thought, I don't actually flame at people I occasionally I say "wow, he got sooo lucky." but then again that isn't really a reason for being banned. In the past week of playing I've only left 1 ARAM game . And that's 1 game in probably 20-30 games. If i left a ranked game i would understand a 1 or 2 week ban however that's not the case. I also received a message when I tried to re-log into my account that I would get an email as to why I got banned but I never received one. For a a piece of mind I would at least like to know what I did wrong so I can improve my behavior for the future. The tribunal is also under maintenance at the moment and I'm not sure what to do. If there's anyone who could possibly know where to look for the reason for my ban that would be great.

When people say 'code' they are asking the year your suspension lets up. 2100, so forth. Otherwise, submit a ticket to Riot.

I just got a perm suspension and no E-mail so I don't know whats going on either.

I'm assuming here, that if you did NOT get an email, then someone might have tried to hack your account. So I think you should find a way to see if your email's been acting funny/ password changed or find a way to change your email back to the one you use on the account.

Ok thanks. and yeah I didn't get a 'code'.

What they are talking about is if it's a permanent ban then they usually give you a date it ends on like year 2300 or w/e I've never seen one but yeah that's a code for what you were perma- suspended for...That all they mean :)

Riot sends e.mails explaining those, or so they say. File a ticket if you need to.
