Can riot add in a rule in the summoners code stating that if you are negative they will permanently ban you from the game?

You were penalized for your history of behavior. Not for this single game that you pulled out.

This includes the 10-game chat restriction, 25-game chat restriction, 14-day ban, and finally these 2 games given in your reform card.

You very recently returned from a 14-day ban and continued with the types of behavior that got you there.

Generally the games in your reform card start with the most severe to the least severe, where you were reported and found to be displaying unacceptable behavior as determined by the community. By picking game 2/2 you are ignoring the more severe case and instead placing all your focus on the second game. The fact of the matter is you would not have been penalized for the 2nd game alone, which is why you were allowed to play games after it.

Please post all of the chat logs instead of just one. It is also clear that negativity is a reportable offense, so you can assume it can lead to a ban.

If you're looking for an accurate review of your case then post all games and not just one. By not doing so you give the impression that you're hiding something,

P.S. Don't say "oh I was only banned for X game" as you weren't punished for just one game. Also, you were permabanned for not changing your behavior after receiving at least 35-games worth of chat restrictions and a 2-week ban as well.

No. Post the whole chat log or don't post anything at all. It's obivious your team was making stupid mistakes and the guy was pointing it out. It's also obvious you guys were flaming him.
