Trolls and Riot should, in my opinion, deal with them

Hello friends, I would like to mention my recent experience with trolls and how they played me like a fiddle in ranked.

I recently ran into a troll Teemo who opened top now I understand that this happens to everyone and I would like to throw this thought out to all of you like said Teemo threw the game. I would like to propose to Riot that instead of merely banning them it should also count as something like a remake for the  losing team. I have been demoted a few times purely because of trolls in my games. I'm not sure what should happen for the victors however. I believe they should still get their victory but it doesn't seem right that because of a bad apple that I should be demoted and my game play experience harmed. I simply do not feel like I should take the loss because someone else either tilted or came into the game with the intention to feed or throw. Thank you all for listening to my rant and if you all could I would appreciate it if we could get this higher onto the list for Rito to see and hopefully consider these ideas.  :)
