first off, riot doesnt have any actual right to permaban any account. they may have guidelines that they ask us to follow but seeing on this is a free game, permabanning an account for actions other then hacking their game is not justified, anything a player type can be considered verbal abuse, the vast majority of reports are from players who are unhappy with the game they just played and dont want to take blame and blame other for the lose, (some times this is true and other is not).

The new ban system goes as follows:
10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day ban
permaban
If you just got off of your 14 day ban, it is possible to get permabanned the very next game if the behaviour continues.
This is extremely incorrect, i know this first hand, i have received a 2 week suspension before either of the 10 and 25 game chat bans occurred. Also to note that the whole tribunal is governed by who now? cause it was players who were making judgement on to other players, now its an automated system that bans you for keys like f#ck or sh$t or a@@h#le, f#gg%. but in a game i told a player not to use the word f$gg$t and i was banned for it. i was simply telling a player not to and got banned, i expressed this to a riot employe and was told to sit out the ban, again another flaw, also with the new system players receive a one sided text of just what was said by you and not was said to you in response or may of caused you to react, again another flaw. the new banning system is flawed and will always be flawed. you cant have a computer understand the way people talk back and forth in a conversation or when people are flaming or trolling, also a player can be banned for what he writes but the guy who is acting in such a way to have someone openly rage on them gets no punishment on them, again another flaw. Riot doesnt care about the flaws just the money they get from pro events and sponsors, untill the system goes back to players judging players more and more permabans will follow. I dont think raging on a player is ok and i have raged more then once myself, but i dont thinks ok that you spend time money and try as hard as you can in ranked games to lose because another player is trolling your game but riot will permaban your account cause you called someone a sh#thead one to many times. GG riot rip anyone who isnt a pro player.
