I just got a 10 games chat restriction, would I get my end of season rewards even if I got to lvl2 honor?

if you get h2 before season ends, you will get your seasonal rewards.

No. From Honor 1 MAYBE if you grind and don't say a single borderline negative thing. An honor level is 6-8 weeks of 4 games a day.

If you're Gold 3 or higher consider transferring servers. You'll have to do placements again but it does instantly reset you to Honor 2. You get to keep the victorious skin when you transfer back.
