I was perm banned
Hey so I'm 16 and I've been playing league for 3-4 years I've been toxic we have all had those games and I got perm banned after one 2 week ban I never got any other ban and I don't feel that is rugjt

That's exactly how the system works now. Specifically, it follows a general scale that looks something like this:
- 10-game chat restriction
- 25-game chat restriction
- 14-day time ban
- perm-ban
It's also possible to "skip" tiers, depending on exactly what behavior triggered the punishment.
Its an escalating system. Your previous punishments for toxic behavior where and in this order:
- 10 Game Chat restriction.
- 25 Game Chat restriction.
- 14 day ban.
