Banned for 3rd party programs?

On April 10th my account got banned for "3rd party programs" and i have downloaded nothing for that use at all. The closest thing to cheating I have is Overwolf http://www.overwolf.com/index.html , but on the website it says "Supported by the biggest publishers (Riot Games, Valve)", so this confuses me. I was under the impression that I wasn't cheating and I can't get my head around it. Please upvote this so other people or Rioters can see. Thank you for your time to read this and always keep helping us.

No point posting on the forums about it. This is done in waves. Sometimes they catch false flags.

Submit a support ticket and explain the situation. Persist patiently and politely until you can get a manual review.

If you really did nothing wrong then this is the best way to get the problem fixed. And if you did cheat, then shame on you for trying to hatemonger on the forums against Riot for revenge.

Overwolf is an acceptable program and operates within the parameters of the Terms of Use. If you were suspended for 3rd party applications, it's very possible that you were banned for the use of another application. Alternatively, in a few cases, we see accounts that were compromised at one point or another where these unapproved applications were used on these accounts. However, I don't have any context behind your suspension, so I'd definitely recommend submitting a ticket to Riot Games Player Support and working it out through there first. If you're not satisfied with your response, we can discuss the issue further on the Boards.
