My account was hacked some months ago apparently, hackers behavior caused me to be permabanned

Hi everyone, I'm posting this from my alternate account, because, as you can probably guess from the title, my account, Whitewind617, has been permabanned. It was banned for behavior that quite clearly came from a hacker, and not myself.

I took quite a long break from playing League recently, as I'd simply moved onto other games like Heroes of the Storm. I had an itching to try playing again recently to see how the game has changed, when I discovered that my account had been banned permanently. This is after about 6 years of playing (I've been playing since season one) without nary so much as a chat restriction, let alone a suspension or banning. What's more, the chats themselves claim that the account is hacked and that it is not theirs:

And even more damning, from another game:

I'm a little upset that my account was banned when these chats exist, without a possible account compromise being looked into...but I work in Web Support so trust me I know you can't look into everything, it's fine. I'm asking you though, please look into it now, I believe the evidence is quite clear that my account was compromised.

I already placed a support ticket, #24232138, but I'm a little worried it wasn't placed in the right place, I put it in account recovery. To be clear I still have access, my password still works and I'm able to login. I just need to get the account unbanned, as the behavior it was banned for was not mine. My account has been in excellent standing these past 5-6 years. While I don't play a lot anymore this game, and by extension this account, are very much a chapter in my life (I bonded with College roommates over this game, many of whom I'm still very close friends with today) and to have it suddenly taken away from me would honestly be very sad.

Also, not to mention the money I spent on the thing. :p

Please, I'm at least owed an investigation. Give me that much, after all this time. I've never asked Riot for anything before, and I'm hoping they come through.
