More Toxicity?

So just out of curiosity has everyone noticed that the community has gotten more toxic as a whole? I started playing at the end of Season 2 and when I started people were totally ok with you being bad in Co-op Vs AI and in Blind because you were new. For that matter you were playing bots or blind pick which really isn't even slightly serious. Like in draft I get it you're practicing for Ranked, and in Ranked your trying to climb but BOTS!?

I just started a smurf and the amount of times I've reported someone is absurd... like people are genuinely just douches... mainly supports... but maybe that's just my experience... (I'm having bad laning phases cuz I'm totally not used to doing so little damage without runes). I dunno maybe it's just me but I feel like there is no good left in the community, no one plays for fun anymore... No one encourages others to get better and just shit talks them until they are 100% tilted. I had a support lose his shit on me because I kept saying "gj" when someone got a kill... I dunno man... Seems like I don't know if I can do this anymore... the community is just WAY TOO toxic.
