Go to the bathroom for 3 mins literally timed i get disconnected because of your stupid game rule, team wins in that 3 mins and i get 20 min que penalty. fucking stupid. With no way for leaver penalty to decline too. Once you hit 20 mins no matter if you do this in a month from now you will get another 20 min que penalty for five games in a month for first offense.

LeaverBuster is very simple; if you leave, you get a penalty. Nothing random about it at all.
League is not a good game to just get up and leave in the middle of. If you're going to play, try to be sure you have enough time to see the game through to the end without interruption.
