Perm banned off second toxicity?

My name's Estate, I'm fairly new to the game was only silver 5 and I got into allot games where player's where either purposely being toxic or ruining the game experience for other players. Yea I was toxic, who hasn't been Here and there. I know to wrongs don't make a right and you shouldn't stoop to another players level and be toxic back. But the other day I was permanently banned for toxicity. After playing games where I report people for actually feeding like legit running it down mid. And they're still yet to get banned. I was wondering if there's any chance I could be unbanned with maybe a perm chat mute,
