so im not sure how i deserve to be banned for this one. so i had a 14 day ban about a month or so ago. barly been saying much for this month trying to get restrcitions off. so now iv had restrictions off for about 2 weeks and i run into this game with a jax that doesnt gank at all and a thresh that barly knows his champ but its not a worry because this is bronze. so im getting beat by a singed at top lane and the jinx on the other team is beating our bot duo so hard they start basiclly being toxic in all chat. rather than mute them which i should have done, i decided to say a couple of things to defend our side of the point which is that it must be nice to have a jg that is attentive. i get perma banned after for basiclly defending myself from 2 bullies in all chat. I kindly ask riot to review my ban and just give it a second look. i dfind this auto system for banning is beyoind rediculous seeing as how i meet alot of ppl in gamre that have had accounts banned prior to this one tghey r currently on. ppl spend good money on your game i dont see how you can just perma ban me for such a small arguement in 1 game when iv been good for so long. plz im begging you to take a look at my situation riot

If you want to contact Riot directly about your ban, then your best bet would be to submit a support ticket. It may take a while to get a response, so please be patient if you do this.

Now, if you wish to have a discussion openly here with the community about your ban, it would be wise to post the chat logs you received. If you do, I or someone else could go over them and point out what may have contributed to your punishment, as well as give you ideas on what to do to help improve on that behavior, provided you wish to continue playing League on a different account.

That player in my game was far worse than me. Why am I banned??? I'll keep this one simple: those other players in your game that you thought were worse are probably also banned. Nearly 100% of the time, those players were banned even before you were. If someone is being toxic, just report them and move on.

We strongly believe that it is not OK to retaliate. If a player refuses to cooperate and says something negative, then players should ignore the player and report them after the game. Players can ignore or mute players by pressing the “Mute” button on the Scoreboard [when you hit TAB] in the game.

If a player retaliates and says something bad back, then the two of you have made a negative experience for potentially the other 8 players in the game. Rarely do teams start working together better when players begin fighting back—great games only happen when players cooperate and don’t make the issues even worse by fighting back and forth.

Getting a 14 day ban is really the final staw. At that point it means any little thing can tip your account into the perma ban status. The only protection and best way to make sure that does not happen is to simply not say anything at all.

If you got a 14 day ban it means you were out of control and getting worse. Its a final warning and should be no surprise that a perma soon followed. Think of it as standing in a frozen lake, you are your account and the lake below is a perma ban while the ice represents the chat restrictions. When you hit 14 day ban the ice below you has begun to crack and water from the lake below is starting to pool at your feet and talking back to teammates is liking jumping on that ice.
