asking for reports is considered minor harassment.

over many many games, you will be punished for it.

Also, repeating toxic words of what others have said is just asking for the system to punish him.

Feeding is a bigger problem than toxicity but riot is dumb and doesn't realize that feeding CAUSES toxicity because they made a competitive game and are bewildered when people get competitive...

I mean the problem is he is being toxic back to his own teammates by egging them on and being smug about it. Now I don't know if its worth a chat-restrict but its kinda toxic if you think about it trying to intentionally tilt your teammates even more thou they would definitely deserve the report if they were extremely toxic to him. One thing that really bugs me always in games is that people just have the need to say their problems in ALL chat to the enemy team like they want to hear your problems in your own team. Its such a lame move to use to be toxic like bringing in the others to laugh at your own teammate who you are talking about. Like what are you 12 or something? Just don't say anything really back to them or egg them on by telling it to the enemy team to get some laughs and report them. Just really scummy in my opinion when people do that. I mean your friend should understand not to talk back to the toxicity but simply focus on gameplay and report afterwards. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
