Unreasonable perm ban? or am I wrong

So here's a copy/paste of the transcript linked to me from Riot.

I got 15 suspension mid November for toxicity (which I deserved judging from the transcript) and was allowed to play again November 5th around 11am.

The following day, following the game where I got the transcript from (that Riot provided), I got permanently banned.

I flammed back at that guy who was talking trash to me because..well..he started talking trash to me and unfortunately I got triggered. I know I should have muted him asap but I didn't. Personally, taking this conversation into consideration, I don't see the reason for the ban.

I'm not sure if Riot keeps the chat logs of a specific game, but I "fortunately" recorded my final match on my now banned main Beysik. I rewatched it and it was 100% obvious that the Rakan who was super toxic first to me. I went as far as reported him after game, and then I get banned?!?!?!

I feel like this was unjust. Idk but this is pretty whack.

Flaming is not allowed. Not even if you're angry, or he started it, or he's your friend, or you're flaming yourself. Flaming is, simply, not acceptable.

Flaming after a 14-day ban, which is the last warning, will result in a permanent ban every time.

This was toxic at its core. Constantly abusive through microagressions and negative banter. Type less and play more. There is no time that any of the communications you had are deemed acceptable on any level. You were degrading and abusive multiple times and now wonder why the account is gone?! I am going to assume, generally because I have a good idea about how the system works, that this is not your first chat related offensive and you have not since reformed. You need to type less, not focus on bad plays and what others are doing and make calls that will win the match and work through any shortcomings your teammates are having during the match. So here try this one out, be quiet and be humble because you need to practice the words you were trying to preach to others.

Did you even read the Term of Use before you played this game? Like actually read it? It's like right there in Code of Conduct. "You are not allowed to flame or you will be banned"

i'm sorry but why are you posting if you already know why you got banned? the 15 day ban is the last warning you get from riot.

Allow me to explain: You were told at the time of your initial suspension that if you were toxic again, Riot would shut your account down. You were toxic again.

Riot simply followed through with what they told you before.

Yeah, this merited escalation to the next tier of punishment, which if you were already on high alert, is a permanent ban.
