Why did i get perma ban
I just got back from a break from league and i try logging in then it says my account got suspended it says to check my email but my email got switched from someone else than me. Can you send the details please.

First off:
Remove your email from the post. This is a big no no and a security risk. Don't share your email in a public forum, you're just asking to get your credentials stolen.
Also, I would highly suggest contacting Riot Support with this. Chances are your account got compromised, so they locked your account. I would recommend downloading some free security scan programs (I've heard McAfee is good) to clean your computer, as well as change your passwords just in case.
See if you can restore your email too. Looks like someone has already stolen it, so you'll need to scrub your computer clean as well as your programs.

I also recommend using the free trial of Malwarebytes, not McAfee. Got them mixed up :)
