What are you doing Riot? (re-post)

Riot how is it that the tribunal has been down for years and we have had to deal with the shitty system you replaced it with, there is no way to accurately judge people than with the tribunal, Counter Strike understands this with their overwatch (Trademark pending) system. Even if you are not going to bring back the tribunal at least stop screwing with us and don't say its "maintenance". Also if you just gave people a little more incentive than the 15 ip for reviewing a case, I personally would do it just to help clean up the game, however 15 ip per case is a little pointless.
