14day ban for KSing.... is this really a thing?

I got banned for Ksing, When said teammate also starts flaming me and calling me a$$hole and Cun7 many times. Gets me reported and banned. How is this fair? Why is this report thing so unfair?

There's almost no way that you were banned because of it. Show us your punishment card.

The problem is with this system, you only see what i said and not what they did. I hate arguing with players, but this report system seems totally one-sided on who can cry wolf first. My flame was very minor compared to the other player. and yes i retorted but it was no where near to the extreme that the other player did.

Sounds like the system banned you for your flame then and not for the KS.

Which is totally unfair as the other persons behavior was more egregious than mine was. Yet i get the ban.

Everybody is held accountable for their own behavior on an individual basis, not relative to someone else in the game. Just because you were punished doesn't mean that their behavior was forgiven in that game.

Obviously not, as they played a few games afterwards, and i just got a 14 day ban. This whole reporting system is troll.

Have you had a chat restriction previously, if so, was it 10-game or 25-game? The punishments operate on a ladder system.

It's not a system that weighs who did worse (or reported first) within that game. The system punishes based on consistency x severity, meaning you can be punished for 1 game of extreme toxicity or many games of mild toxicity.

The reason why other's chat are not included is because everyone has their own unique behavioral history, Riot showing you their chat is not going to increase/reduce any of your behavioral history.

Keep in mind that it is possible for playerA to get punished and playerB not to, even though playerB was waaayyyyy more toxic . Let's say playerA started the game with the toxicity meter at 95% and playerB's at 35%. Ingame, playerB said some pretty nasty shit and playerA responds with some shit as well. After the game, playerA gains 10% toxicity and playerB gains 50%. Now playerA is at 105% toxicity and gets punished, whereas playerB is at 85%, and not punished in that specific game, even though playerB was found to be 5x more toxic than playerA in that game.

Riot doesn't punish the SOURCE of the problem, they only punish you if you REACT to the problem.

Its like if firefighters just started hosing the news reporters so they couldn't talk about a raging inferno, essentially.

I don't care what they said, and neither does the system. You are responsible for YOUR behaviour, not theirs. If you felt that they insulted or flamed you, then you should've muted and reported them after the match.

You are not yet permanently banned. You need to understand that, in order to avoid losing your account, you will need to change some of your views. Don't use insults, play without trolling and don't engage in flame wars, because arguing with idiots will only bring you down with them.

so lets cut the shit: you clearly know what you got banned for as you refuse to show the chatlogs. you know that every player gets punished based on their actions. you think its unfair (which is your opinion).

but bottom line is you know what you got punished for and you do not want to show it. case closed id say

KSing is one of the most grave offenses in League, you got what you deserve
