As a Gold 4 top/jungle main I generally am not toxic and don't usually call people names, but recently I went into a game and did bad and my team constantly harassed me about messing up and I snapped and called them "n-word, n-word f-word, you little n-word, you n-word" and riot has given me the treatmental for this, do I believe that a proper punishment is in order, yes a chat restriction or 2 week ban seems fair, but I get the permaban instead and so I sent in a ticket asking about it and through sending in 2 tickets I have been told that I have no more questions and they refuse to talk to me about it anymore. I don't believe that out of 32 games of positive behavior, one bad one takes my account away, even though I said a handfull of bad things to teammates i dont believe that I deserve to be in the .006% of players that never use their account again and I'd like to ask the community if you think this is fair. I can send pictures showing the riot staff said I had no more questions and closing the ticket if anyone wants to see them.

Hate speech skips punishment tiers if you've been punished recently or at all then you're on ice but the ice is thin and is already cracking and you're aiming to not to get wet and a punishable offence is like a hammer hitting the ice the super thin ice

If you called your teammates retards nothing would have come of it. I've reported hundreds for that without "the player you have reported has been banned" messages.

Here's the problem, you said a very hurtful racial slur. It is a personal attack and has nothing to do with the game or anyones plays If I kill someone I don't tell the police "oh it was just one guy I won't do it again I snapped." I can understand getting mad at someone and calling them a noob, feeder, troll, moron. Those words aren't racist. But when you say words like the n word that's totally out of line.

Lol, your own fault for not knowing that you are an insta-ban after saying certain words like that. Whenever I see that in chat I lmao because I know they're 100% getting punished
