I have received the punishment of Tyler1

As a Gold 4 top/jungle main I generally am not toxic and don't usually call people names, but recently I went into a game and did bad and my team constantly harassed me about messing up and I snapped and called them "n-word, n-word f-word, you little n-word, you n-word" and riot has given me the treatmental for this, do I believe that a proper punishment is in order, yes a chat restriction or 2 week ban seems fair, but I get the permaban instead and so I sent in a ticket asking about it and through sending in 2 tickets I have been told that I have no more questions and they refuse to talk to me about it anymore. I don't believe that out of 32 games of positive behavior, one bad one takes my account away, even though I said a handfull of bad things to teammates i dont believe that I deserve to be in the .006% of players that never use their account again and I'd like to ask the community if you think this is fair. I can send pictures showing the riot staff said I had no more questions and closing the ticket if anyone wants to see them.

Hate speech skips punishment tiers if you've been punished recently or at all then you're on ice but the ice is thin and is already cracking and you're aiming to not to get wet and a punishable offence is like a hammer hitting the ice the super thin ice

So how is this even related to Tyler1's case? Did you got banned 23 times or something?

By the tyler1 punishment I mean a permanent ban, it's like a joke

Lots of people get permabans. Saying you got the same punishment as tyler1 would suggest you as a player are no longer allowed to play League of Legends on any account.

Certainly that isn't the real issue here, so I'll go over it;

That is exactly the kind of behavior that would result in being escalated past lesser punishments up to a permanent ban. Hate speech is not tolerated in this community; submitting a ticket with your request is the only thing to do, and since they have declined it there is nothing else you can do except learn from this and move on. Take this lesson to heart and you'll be able to start a new account and not have this happen.

If you need tips on how to handle a toxic situation, the best one is simply to mute and ignore those other people. Retaliating with toxic behavior tends to just make it worse, so report it instead and let Riot take care of it.

Actually a small percentage of accounts get permabanned stated by riot being from what they said .006%, I can see what you mean of learning a lesson but I'm generally confused since I asked if I said any other words besides the ones I used would I have been permabanned, which I found out from you guys that it is yes, but what I see from this is that I can say mean things and be an ass but if I say those words I should be permabanned. If one word is not allowed none of them should be, I don't feel like I'm learning anything from a rioter telling me that they want reform but they won't give me a chance at reforming, that you cannot be unbanned once permabanned

100 million accounts .006 get perma banned still 600000 accounts banned so it certainly a small % but its a fairly large number

Not gonna lie, i'd rather white'knight this situation, If you were a person who was getting harassed and "my team constantly harassed me about messing up and I snapped" as you wrote, you should of likely only got a several day banned so i'm going to assume it was because all 4 of them (and if you said it in all chat, maybe 9 people) which would only be the likely reason Riot got off their lazy arses and decided to ban your account permanently.

Riot should of really allowed you the right to explain yourself if you had not done repeatedly bad behavior multiple times in a short period of time, because if "insulting behavior" from a bad match and being harassed by your team'mates was all you needed to get perma-banned, i should of had similar treatment a dozen times over by now for me 'snapping at repetitive match ups against Lethality abusing ADCs, constant picks of Hecarim, LeeSin and so on, In addition to Retarded less then 10 minute Tower diving kills against me even when i was playing a tank like Vladimir with over 70% of my health remaining'. Just ain't right when you get situations like that repetitively, combined with 'players insulting you', though i would say i have a pretty good 'tolerance' to being harassed, sounds to me in this regard you must of had a very bad day to snap like as you said.

Really at this point you might as well put up a petition that Riot needs to reform the 'bad behavior system' to properly allow players the ability to get un-perma banned thru a low priority system or something they would need to do to show that they are extremely sorry for the 'bad behavior they had done', otherwise they are just giving more reasons for players to leave the game then deal with the 'salt' that just brings about the 'bad behavior moments', Better to escalate the situation so they will pay attention then just letting them get away with 'making you as a example' as another number of 'people with bad behavior that have been perma-banned'.

But you are allowed to make another account and continue to play League. Unlike Tyler1, who is not. So if you choose to make another account, and refrain from using hate speech, you will be able to demonstrate that you have reformed with that new account. In the case of toxicity that is not escalated to the immediate permanent suspension, those players are allowed to work themselves back into "good" standing, by playing games without being reported for negative behavior.

If you called your teammates retards nothing would have come of it. I've reported hundreds for that without "the player you have reported has been banned" messages.

You will only get the message if you are the player who's report triggers the punishment. i.e. if ten players report another player, only the last player to submit a report will see the popup. The other nine will not receive a pop-up alert that the player has been punished.

So, just because you haven't seen the alert, doesn't mean that those players were never punished. The IFS had been live for well over a year before I ever saw a single one of those alerts, and in the entire time it has been active, I've only seen it three times that I can recall. But if you spend a little time on the Boards, you will come to see that the system does issue punishments.

Here's the problem, you said a very hurtful racial slur. It is a personal attack and has nothing to do with the game or anyones plays If I kill someone I don't tell the police "oh it was just one guy I won't do it again I snapped." I can understand getting mad at someone and calling them a noob, feeder, troll, moron. Those words aren't racist. But when you say words like the n word that's totally out of line.

Lol, your own fault for not knowing that you are an insta-ban after saying certain words like that. Whenever I see that in chat I lmao because I know they're 100% getting punished
