Why I got banned?

I have been sitting here for about 20 minutes trying to figure out how i got banned, and the email I received did not say. I would really like to know why I got banned or if this was a mistake. I don't cheat, I rarely flame, I don't boost or anything of the sorts, and I got permanently banned. I am just really curious why this happened to me. Thanks (plz halp)

contact support, a lot of people were banned for no reason because of a wave of bans. u will get an automated response, but after that respond with all the details and stuff and a person will look into it and unban u.
