Abusive players got me auto tagged as toxic.

Had a game today where 2 players blamed me for the loss, they harassed me and verbally abused me as they were angry for allegedly "not helping" them. At the end of game they asked opposite team to help them ban me. And as result I got auto tagged as toxic player, my chat got restricted and I lost my honor.

This is unfair as my behavior, even if face of harassment, remained in order with summoner code of conduct. I did not tilted and remained calm. I was a victim of "revenge mob" and dishonest players on both sides. For this reasons I would like to have my penalties to be revoked. As a proof I can provide riot with replay of the game.

So I post here because its not account suspension and I don't know if it qualify as "ticket" issue? Or if it can be resolved this way?

Update: The issue was of different nature, It can be considered now resolved.

First of all, your conduct is your responsibility. If you want to discuss your chat logs, please post them in their full, unedited entirety.

Further, the reason games from May were included is because you haven’t played since May until you played 7 full games today. Time alone does not get rid of previous reports/bad behavior.

The point I making is that I got punished for unfair report made today, not the one in May, I did not got chat restricted based on what happened before because there was no reason for bot to do so, It happened because I got reported today, reports that are unjustified, so the bot just accumulated reports and auto punished me based on statistics and not the content.

The IFS will show you 1-5 of either the most severe games or games that show a wide variety of behavior that’s unacceptable. For this reason, it’s possible that it didn’t show you a game today that you were validly reported in.

If you believe you never misbehaved, you should have no problem posting your chat logs and proving that. If you misbehaved, even in May, then you can’t say this was a poor punishment since you didn’t play since May.

I don't question the reports from May, my point is I did not got punished for it at the time it happened, the bot is doing so retroactively based on unfair reports, that happened today, and the bot wont even show it in the log, he just use most recent thing he could find. "recent" as 5 months old! So it not what I did but how often I get reported.

If you had actively played from May to now, those reports would be long gone and not factor into punishment.

If you are going to continuously claim that it's "unfair reports" that got you punished, my only suggestion is you submit a Support ticket so that they can go over your recent reports and why they were validated by the system.

No problem - I hope they can give you some more insight and clarification than we can here. They'll be able to see what game was the "straw that broke the camel's back" so to say, and they'll have the full picture.

Post your chat logs, prove you followed the summoners code. Otherwise there will be skepticism.

How do I upload chat log or saved replay?

The chat logs will be provided to you every time you log into the client while your punishment is active (as a kind of reminder).

All you gotta do is open them up, and copy and paste them in here. That way we can point out to you which part of your logs got you punished.

So the game Im talking about is not even in the log , the logs are from 3 games from MAY!, its now end of September, how is this possible?

Yeah basically, I just got punished for getting too many reports based on bot statistics, he could not find anything recent so he use last reports he detected. and that was in May.

If you do not share your chat logs here then we cannot make any evaluation as to whether or not your behavior warranted the punishment you received.

Generally speaking, the system punishes players for retaliating against toxicity the same as it does the players who were toxic in the first place.

Look at it this way; when you were in school if you got in a fight and then said, 'he started it,' would that help you avoid detention? Probably not.

The reason for this is that any toxic (or in the school case violent) behavior is not tolerated. It doesn't matter who started it or if they were retaliating. The behavior simply is not allowed because no matter how it came about it negatively impacts the environment for others.

In the future you would be better off muting them instead of responding in chat. Especially if you are not certain you will be able to control your temper when responding.

I dont have log from today because bot did not provided me with it, it gave me longs that are 5 months old that I dont disputes, I have a saved replay for today game the mentioned issue happened. My point is I got punished for sth that happened 5 months and at that time it was ok, now based on malicious report from today I got punished for sth that was ok for 5 month and only come as issue now. Triggered by number of reports and not its content.

Seriously .. we all know you probably fought back with them and cursed with them at argued with them.. you do know when you are flagged a bot goes through the chat logs and flags any bad words and then pops you with a ban

and fact you got chat banned means you've done this in the past a few times.. seriously .. no you deserved it

Replays don't show chat logs. so yea no.. you can't prove it wrong there..

so I stand by what I said.. until you get the chat logs and post them for that specific game. no i'm sure you got banned that final flag.. because you said some thing in those chats and it flagged this current currant game. and then pulls your worse offensive and then popped you .

You'd have to open a ticket, however, it's worth noting that the number of times you got reported has no bearing on whether or not you receive a punishment.

The restriction happened instantly that It had to be a bot, because it impossible it was even fairly looked into.

you're right that it was almost certainly a bot, what I'm saying is that 1 report = 9 reports. When you get reported, a bot checks your chat for negative behavior, and if it finds it often enough, you will receive a punishment. Like others have said, if you log in and post your chat logs, maybe we can help you find out what the bot saw as toxic.

At some point you were going to trigger the system to check. The fact that it happened in a game where you don't think you did anything reportable is irrelevant.

I find it relevant because how can you get punish for sth you did not do, its simply unfair. Also to be punished for sth that happend 5 months ago and was not an issue back than is also questionable.

You were punished for your chats, which you haven't provided.

You were detected by reports.

Got grouped on from both sides of a team for a bad game and now have chat restriction because i was ganged up by a bunch of trolls and reported and honor level was dropped. Nice community, thats why this game is falling off as hard as it is. FUCK RIOT GAMES

League will always think they are right. I had a game where I literally said stop trash talking me youre not even a positive KDA. And when I got on chat with a specialist they said thats negative and the ban is warranted. Learn to scam the system, you can be incredibly toxic just use symbols @ for a ! for I 9 for f or G. 0 for 0s. $ for s. You can cus and say what ever you want because the tribunal doesnt recognize those letters. you have to be the smart one and beat the system.
