I deservered every bit of it, but im sorry ill change, I have so much stuff on this account. I want a perma mute! please! I built up a good win rate , just got out of silver , please riot, ill never be toxic again , I swear! And Im only toxic because my teams angered me in game! Please riot, I swear ill be better, please give me one last chance. I was doing so good..... i have over 10 skins, about 3 good ones, please riot!
It's great that you want to reform, but unfortunately Riot doesn't remove permabans unless they were done in error. Punishments are done in multiple steps, so (unless your offenses were so severe as to skip them all) you were given several chances already.
Riot doesn't consider giving out permanent chat restrictions, so that's not an option at this time. You are free to start a new account though. I wish you the best of luck. Uhhh... yeah you're SO wasting your time. If you "EARNED" the ban, that most likely means you WILL KEEP the ban.
Next game you play, specifically a moba, try NOT to be such an asshole scum, kay?
P.S As mentioned above, if you REALLY like this game for some reason, you could always RESTART and make a new account. It's not like they pulled a Tyler1 on you or something LOL
For everyone reading: Take the punishments seriously and adjust your behavior ! Or you can lose your account also.
I see way to many of these kind of posts, when it is usually to late... when you get your 1st punishment, Stop!
If you Can't stop posting negative stuff in game, then I suggest "tear out your enter key" or simply be kool about it.

this needs to change. or at least give players who know theyre toxic the option to do it themselves. for a lot of us. its not a question of "i want to change" its " i can't stop"
I understand the request, Yet it would breed more toxic and conflicting actions it they did this.
Imagine if you will, The # of people who would ask to do this, and a day later say they don't want it. The confusion of who is chat banned, not chatting or simply choice to have Riot restrict them.
If I and the vast majority can play by the simple rules, then All of us should. STOP blaming Riot and other players and hold yourself responsible for your own actions!

If you knew you deserved the ban then you knew the day was coming, and so did i when i too got permanently suspended. There are new games everywhere and soon League will be history. All the items, champions, pro players, everything will be just memories.
