So is taking the role you didn't queue for punishable?

I just had to play adc with support runes and masteries because my team asked to trade so we could have Soraka. I was fine with it, then this duo decides to trade their champs (Soraka and the jungle) and not trade me and basically tell me to deal with it. So I am playing Draven with AP and support shit and then they flame me in chat. I reported them both, but I just wanna know if trolling in champ select is reportable?
