Banned for playing well??

Just recently, i had discovered my boyfriend's account had been permabanned with him accused of using scripts. He has been playing league since its early days and is in fact a very good player of many champs, but recently has taken a liking to yasuo on twisted treeline. Though, because of how well he plays, many people accused him of using scripts when theres nothing script related even on his computer. It was even within the last couple of months, riot had rewarded his account for responsibly banning other extremely toxic players/scripters and the like, and now, with absolutely no warning, his account has been permabanned for third party gaming interfernce? I wouldn't care too much otherwise, and just tell him to make a new account, but i had just recently given him 100$ so he could beef up his account with skins and the like, and now he's planning on quitting a game that he thoroughly enjoyed playing and was quite good at. What is up with that riot? You're going to ban people for something they haven't done, and with no proof??

Your boyfriend may very well have been using some third party program that was illegal without your knowledge, or he could've played on a computer that had them, he could've shared his account with someone that did, or he could've had his account compromised.

The only thing he can do is submit a Support Ticket.

open a ticket with support and they should be able to sort out the problem.

You'll have to be VERY persistent with their support team.

They have proof, its just not wise to release every bit of information since it could be used against them. What if a hacker got hold of this valuable information? They would use it to break the game even more. Then we would have more hackers/scripters and the game would eventually become unplayable! With that said in the case of this, it would be wise for your boyfriend to submit a Support Ticket with his account, and give them as much information he can to prove his innocent. If it was a false positive he will get unban, but its very rare that the system does detect a false positive.

The only problem with this is that the way the game detects scripts is by watching the memory/codes and wait for an invalid change to happen.. im not saying he was scripting but something went on that sent this off.. they don't ban people for a heavy reason like scripting without a reason.
