If you can't trust yourself to not hit the enter key, I'm sure you can find programs that can unbind keys on your keyboard.

It won't work. The reason people like you want to be toxic is simply because you WANT people to hear what you have to say, since people going 0/10/0 triggers you so much. If perma-mute is a thing & you wanted to express your same frustration but you can't say crap, you will use Intentional Feeding as a last resort.

This is why permaban is so much better than perma-muting.

Wow you guys are a bunch of dicks. I'm pretty sure he wants all other players muted by default, probably because there's very little in the community but antagonizing children who don't understand what proper conduct is.

If you don't want to use the chat then simply drag the chat box to the edge of the screen to the point where you can't see it anymore. While permamutes may work for some, they sadly don't work for all unfortunately. The reason being is that if a troll can't be a jerk via verbal toxicity then they'll just be a jerk via gameplay toxicity instead. For those kinds of players, a 2-week ban and/or a permaban is the only way for them to get the message that trolling and toxicity of any kind is not allowed here and will be punished accordingly as well also.
