Players going afk 50 % off matches.

Hi, I wanted to post this because I'm very sick of people just going "afk". I know everyone keeps reporting those issues but does riot really take some actions afterwards? It sucks that we don't get to know what happens with those reports and stuff. I think that LoL needs a better system controlling players and their actions. For example if someone goes "afk" in a ranked match the player should recieve all the minus LP that every single player would get. Because those players who really tries doesn't receive anything, instead they suffer from other players. I think it's not that hard to do? I mean there has to be something riot can do so players don't suffer by trolls. By looking at my history I can clearly see that 50 % of matches I've had a player afk or someone who literally just rages on other players.

Leaverbuster automatically detects players that are afk for an X amount of time. Also, in ranked games, the game where the player is afk counts as a loss for him, whether his team wins or loses.

Leaver Buster is a broken system. Which doesn't punish afk, but rather people who get comcasted. Aka disconnects. every afk i've ever met sit in base at spawn either doing nothing but dropping mass wards, or shit-talking their teams.

All in all Riot can't do anything about any of this. All of this reporting/banning/tribunal is just feel good antics.

ban the account, the rageflamer will make a new one and proceed to keep on feeding.

Except that it actually does. And it does take disconnects into consideration. Also, yes Riot can't do anything about this type of afks, unless they get enough reports. Riot cannot keep track of ips and prevent them from making new accounts. Idk if they are allowed to, but nevertheless, they don't. So it's basically inevitable.

Well you should win more than you lose. because you won't go afk. 4 people on your side that can go afk. 5 people on their side that can go afk. afk on team = lose 55% winrate * infinite games = challenger inc
