Players going afk 50 % off matches.

Hi, I wanted to post this because I'm very sick of people just going "afk". I know everyone keeps reporting those issues but does riot really take some actions afterwards? It sucks that we don't get to know what happens with those reports and stuff. I think that LoL needs a better system controlling players and their actions. For example if someone goes "afk" in a ranked match the player should recieve all the minus LP that every single player would get. Because those players who really tries doesn't receive anything, instead they suffer from other players. I think it's not that hard to do? I mean there has to be something riot can do so players don't suffer by trolls. By looking at my history I can clearly see that 50 % of matches I've had a player afk or someone who literally just rages on other players.
