How does one become Honorable from being Dishonorable???

I honestly have no idea on how to get out of being dishonorable, and quite frankly I have no idea how to actually get out of it and everywhere I search on the forums everyone says its too hard and there isn't really an explanation. I realize I was wrong and that I deserved the punishment I got but for me to play all the time day in day out is just ridiculous and Ive gotten a lot of honors. its so easy to become dishonorable but its a hop skip step and a teleport to the other side of the world to literally get back to being level 2. all I want is to be able to have access to the end of season rewards (IE the border) but there is no clear way to get out of this. why is such a huge implemented system of the game so secretive when it should be the players rights to understand how to fix their wrong doings and don't get back to being in this situation. if a clear explanation or at least how many games/time frame it takes to finish my punishment would be nice to know because as it stands right now I'm literally just guessing and its getting frustrating. as a paying customer to riot games It should be my right to understand how certain mechanics on my account work and what I need to do to follow those guidelines.

So your honor will stall or may even get set back if you are negative or punished. Sometimes, players can be negative, but not enough to get punished, and they'll just be hardstuck in some honor level. At the very least, you progress by being not-unsportsmanlike (neutral or better). You don't have to be the best most nicest, most courteousest player out there, just don't be a jerk.

on my alt account i said "did you know riot bans you if you type <insert n word here> in the chat?" and i got a 14 day ban from that. no racism no hate speech only stating a fact, which i also proved true.

Having just gone through this, I can 100% agree with Periscope. Prove to Riot that you have changed genuinely (not just playing with everyone muted or ego stroking everyone) and they will restore your honor. I still speak my mind in League I just don't rage anymore. I honestly feel the majority of behavior that gets people dishonor is rage related. Don't rage, Keep your honor.

Okay in Dec I was chat restricted 25 game and went to dishonorable 0. I was so mad i barely played for a couple months hardly. I decided if anyone is toxic ill mute. When games started i said glhf and gg at end of game. I played few games a week and started getting honor 1 or 2 here and there. 3 weeks ago or so i hit honor lvl 2. Riot recently made it easier to get to honor 2 now. So that's how long it took me. Don't type nonsense and play the game.
