Wrongful penalties

So I am a new player to the game only been on for a few months but I dig the game never played computer games before but this one is just awesome. lately on the game I have been running into player's who don't like to aid in fights they just sit in the bush watching you 2v1 than come in and take what's left after you die. Now I don't know about you all but that is not teamwork when this game is heavily based off of that or at least that's what I have gathered. I think it is bullshit that people like that don't get a penalty but you get one if you quit cause you don't want to play with a pure douche. I'm starting to get the impression that lol just promotes douche bags and gives penalties to anyone not willing to take the shit and call it cheesecake. If you have similar issue's please comment them I would like to know if I am the only one going through this.

You can report a player for being non-cooperative in the post-game lobby.

If they prove to have a consistent record of this behavior they will be punished for it.

Throwing your own tantrum and storming off on the rest of your team is just as bad, if not worse, but it is also much easier for Riot to come down on.

Simply not cooperating or playing with a poor strategy would take a manual review to verify legitimacy.

Leaving the game all together is significantly more easy for Riot to verify simply by looking at your connection activity.

My advice. Calmly, request that the player help you. If they refuse, play safely, as if they are not even there. Play out the rest of the match and if they did not change their behavior, report them.

unfortunatly, if you're talking about ranked games in bronze, then yes that will be the norm. There is light at the end of the tunnel though, once you hit silver, as that is far less common the higher up in ELO you go. I'll add you, maybe we can play a game or two and change your opinion about the community.

I do report them but it seems like they don't care about it. I always get a penalty every time i quit a game cause a player is just so toxic it's like Fukushima just blew up in my face. an i can't be rude back cause if I do I get a penalty. Also no it is not worse than a teammate who will literally do nothing to watch you die just so they can get an easy kill. It's actually really messed up folk's do that and get away with it. I don't think if people are trolling you or just straight up being toxic to you that when you afk or be rude back you should get a penalty. Punishing the one being messed with and letting the assholes get of free it is bullshit. I understand nerds get messed with a lot growing up cause i was a nerd myself but I also wasn't a nerd to be picked on I stood my ground. So to allow nerds to be dicks for no reason other than their past is bullshit. If people are going to be toxic expect it back and give both parties penalties otherwise league needs to stop favoring this bullshit. There isn't anyway around this, i won't lie i will tell a piece of shit off an it won't bother me at all. This is just my view on it though and the more i play the more it is validated
