I spent over 300$ in league and i got perma banned and i was not even toxic

This is so stupid i get perma banned and i didnt curse unless i was quoting what another team member said to me. My past 3 games i get bad teammates and i politely ask them to stop dying and they get super defensive and ask everyone in the game to report me and im sick of this league community. They pick on players that want to do good and support the players that hold us back. I spent so much money on this game and they perma banned me hoping i will make another account to spend more money on. I want my account back. This is so childish riot.

When you are given every other punishment in the escalation schedule and still don't reform, there really aren't a whole lot of options left besides a permaban.

It has nothing to do with forcing you to make a new account. You were told it was your final warning, and your actions are not welcome in the League community. You claimed you politely asked your team to stop dying, but in your chat logs you clearly state 'sorry i troleld i got pissed'.

You are of course welcome to open a support ticket.

I would like to know how you are not supposed to be critical of your teammates when they are going 0/6 in the first 6mins or your support nami doing nothing but casting bubble on minions. when you're trying to be competitive? That person wont get perma banned but the person who speaks up does. Regardless of language that person causes toxicity/rage.

If you were banned by the Instant Feedback system you'll have a reform card that shows your chat logs when you log in, and should have received one by email.

If you were given an escalated ban by a Rioter you won't have a reform card (the Instant Feedback system generates them), but you should've still received an email detailing what the ban was for.

Keep in mind that bans do happen for reasons other than toxic behavior. Could've been a chargeback. Just find the email. If you don't get one, submit a Support Ticket.

You admit to making threats, I don't feel sorry for you. Your failure to recognize enemies that are MIA prior to attempting a gank is on you, as you should assume your teammates are bronze 5 at all times.

Teammates flaming you is not your fault, it's theirs and they'll put their own accounts in jeopardy for their actions. However, you opted not to mute any of them and instead engaged in an infantile debate which escalated enough to get you reported and trigger a punishment.

Hope it was worth it.

Ok well you afk'd and decided to get into an argument while doing so. This game was definitely a valid report, though this is not the only one that contributed to your permanent ban. Punishment is dealt in 4 steps;

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day account ban
Permanent account ban

Only in the worst cases of toxicity will they manually escalate a punishment, but otherwise you'll always get 4 strikes now. Each step is meant to give you time to reform, and escalates to give you more time to do so, with the next being harsher for more incentive. Once a player refuses to change at a 14 day ban Riot no longer believes you are willing to reform so doesn't want you ruining any more games and isn't interested in your business; hence a permaban.

If you are still willing to change, you can always create a new account and try to be better.

Riot clearly targets people that spend money on the game hoping they will create a new account and spend more. They gave me no warning of perma bans and i have been way more positive and supportive to my teammates but they dont see that theyonly see me react to people that are flaming me for no reason.

Other players behaviour is never an excuse for retaliation. If your getting flamed, mute them and carry on.

Just a question. With the list of 10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day account ban Permanent account ban if you get a 14 day ban for example can the tier thing go down. So in like 2 years of no toxicity and then you play and be toxic will it give you a 10 game chat restriction

Permabans don't happen instantaneously unless you do something illegal. Also, the automated system cannot issue permabans--those only happen after a Riot employee reviews your behaviors and logs (irrc).

If you were banned due to toxic behavior, you should have seen several smaller bans and reform tickets leading up to this. If it truly did come out of nowhere, you should submit a ticket to support.

in fact i hate riot, i got a permaban for being toxic after playing tons of games and getting pissed for no reason, i had many accounts but decided to quit so i could catch a break and realize how toxic me and league are. I know i am toxic but atleast i admit instead of saying riot steals money and i hate them, then asking for your account back so you can play a game you call terrible and heres your logs that were toxic- in one game aswell.

Hi Artumis1911,

It's hard to give you constructive feedback on the boards if you don't post the chat logs that were sent to you upon your ban. Furthermore, without them posted, we can't tell if you are being honest about how toxic you really were. If the ban was given due to poor behaviour, Riot has mentioned many times in the past that they would prefer you spend your money elsewhere, and not make a new account.

If you didn't get chat logs (your reform card), check you email. It is also possible that you may have been banned for an entirely different reason than poor behaviour. In which case I would recommend contacting player support to get more information.

If it was a behavioural ban and you don't want to provide your chat logs to us on these boards and want to appeal the ban privately, and don't want public criticism you should still open a player support ticket.

I hope your future games go well, and I hope if the ban was for a different reason, or if it was a mistake, that you can play again soon.

You do realize that there is a step process of getting to permanently banned, right? You had to have had chat restrictions before hand and a 14 day suspension/ban as well before the permanent ban.
