You were definently offensive. You made "jokes" about suicide and sexism which ofcourse aren't acceptable. You should have known after your 14 day ban that this behaviour isn't acceptable.

Riot doesn't revert punishments under any circumstances, unless they were given out in error which is not the case for you.
