i just got permabanned:( can i do anything?

Hi dear community i feel like my life just ended after i just recieved a permaban for offensive language after a two week one .After i i spent 4 years of work and invested a lot of money on this account playing daily my account was suspended. You know what it s not about the money it s about the time and love i have put into this account. I got my report card also sent a support ticket for my ban to be reduced in the best case to a smaller one .But really from two weeks to perma that seems a very big jump.I am asking you guys if there is anything i can do for my ban to be reduced or i am just wasting my time because i am very sad about this. I am really willing to do anything.The problem is since i got my two weeks ban i didn t even flame i nevere used bad words since then i was just asking people why do they feed and so.Please dear community tell me if it is something i can do.

Punishment for any offense is dealt in a 4-step escalating system;

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day account ban
Permanent account ban

It takes 3 months for your next punishment to go down one tier. If you can't change with a temporary ban, the only thing left is to permaban you because temporary punishment has obviously had no effect.

(Edit: I forgot to add that extreme behavior may result in skipping punishment tiers. That's important.)

You can always contest your ban through a Support Ticket, but bans are very rarely overturned, and only done if the mistake was on Riot's or their system's part.
