i just got permabanned:( can i do anything?

Hi dear community i feel like my life just ended after i just recieved a permaban for offensive language after a two week one .After i i spent 4 years of work and invested a lot of money on this account playing daily my account was suspended. You know what it s not about the money it s about the time and love i have put into this account. I got my report card also sent a support ticket for my ban to be reduced in the best case to a smaller one .But really from two weeks to perma that seems a very big jump.I am asking you guys if there is anything i can do for my ban to be reduced or i am just wasting my time because i am very sad about this. I am really willing to do anything.The problem is since i got my two weeks ban i didn t even flame i nevere used bad words since then i was just asking people why do they feed and so.Please dear community tell me if it is something i can do.

Punishment for any offense is dealt in a 4-step escalating system;

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day account ban
Permanent account ban

It takes 3 months for your next punishment to go down one tier. If you can't change with a temporary ban, the only thing left is to permaban you because temporary punishment has obviously had no effect.

(Edit: I forgot to add that extreme behavior may result in skipping punishment tiers. That's important.)

You can always contest your ban through a Support Ticket, but bans are very rarely overturned, and only done if the mistake was on Riot's or their system's part.

:( You should work on that. People suck, people are dicks, but spending your energy on them hurts you not them. I suggest my favorite tactic; hitting 'Escape' instead of 'Enter' after typing out something negative. Anything you need to say can be done in a neutral or positive way if you want to.

I dont think you would find 1 insult in all 3 games of my "reform card", so idk what I would have to write after pressing escape instead of enter lol.

The most "toxic" things I see there are me writing "wtf talon push mid" after he was just sitting in my lane doing nothing and me writing "i hope you know ure gay" in all chat because that guy played anivia kek. I doubt this is a game for 6 year olds and stuff like that would have to be punished with a perma ban, but hey.

If you'd like people to actually look, create your own thread (don't hijack this one) and show us your unedited reform card.

And I dont think there really is a point in making a thread about it (as in, it wouldnt change anything), right? Apart from that, chat logs seem way worse than they are most of the time since many things are just responses or jokes. For example, writing "surrender then" might seem a bit "toxic", but is it toxic if its a response to "you noob lost the game" and several other insults?

Yes, though in this particular case the second meaning for the word "gay" is rooted in bias and homophobia. I'm sure you can think of better words to use.

Well, seeing as you seem to think, and I quote, "this automated system is trash", making a thread about it would let you see how other players view your behavior. Permanent suspensions are individually reviewed by Rioters, so if you received one it's almost always because the community consistently reported you for your actions.

:D Well I just dont think a system like that can judge right (because like i said, things can be jokes, responses and context matters as well, we are human, not perfect machines) especially when its about getting perma banned, but idk how it works exactly thats just how it seems to me.

That is why it happened consistantly, over time, you being toxic. It wasnt one game. You consistantly remained toxic game after game, and enough so that it couldn't be individual circumstances like playing with friends and joking around, or certain context. I have seen almost no permaban's so far that wernt deserved(at least in my oppinion). As the polite Arbiter said, go make a thread if you want to discuss yours, this isnt your thread.

Post your reform card of the chat logs you were banned for.

Don't copy/paste, take a screen shot so we know you didn't edit out all of the "asking people why they feed" stuff.

Riot really only change or overturn a punishment if they decide it was a mistake.

Permanent ban is the standard punishment following a 14 day ban. You should have also had 2 chat restrictions before the bans.

The question isn't is that log deserving of a perma ban. That game was just the final straw. The question is are you, as a player, deserving of a perma ban. You were perma banned for your history of bad behavior, not this one game. More specifically your failure to stop your negative behavior after previous lesser punishments.

i know but after the first reported i finished with flaming but in that match my teamates were flaming very badly and i just responded them without badwords like they did

You don't have to use "bad words" to harass people and be negative.

You insulted people several times, repeatedly used "report" to attack rengar, and were gust a general source of negativity the entire game.

You should have ignore/muted them and reported them at the end, but instead you decided to join them in mud slinging.

You can try I guess, but I would say there is no meaningful chance that they overturn it.
