Why does ranked solo que give me a brain aneurysm ever time i play?

Every time i have to play without a friends it's always a bunch of idiots that don't know what a counter is. I try to be as non-toxic as possible but it just keeps happening i literally cant to anything to avoid because its around every single corner. What am i suppose to do bully norms kid because i cant play ranked sliver solo que? It's literally ruining the game experience for them. Not fair if you ask me.
