Just got my second account banned for toxicity, wtf riot

My first account got banned because is used the word %%%got, and it wasn't even directed at anyone. my second got banned because i was complaining about the new champ Zoe. I think we can all agree she is cancer, didn't even insult anyone and now my account is perma banned. Over the past few months i have received numerous account suspensions and chat bans, most of them were deserved, but it just seems like i can't use chat without getting a suspension, most of the time i'm not insulting or flaming anyone, i'm just using derogatory words, its just how i normally talk, and i haven't had any problems talking to people in the real world.

apparently i'm in the 0.006% of people who get banned, but i find that hard to believe seeing as the boundaries for getting banned are so easily crossed, riot needs to find a better solution, i don't understand why they just perma ban your account when the problem is toxicity, why don't they just chat restrict your account indefinitely. doesn't make any sense.

I feel so robbed, luckily i haven't spent money on this game, but i have spent about 2 years on it, just for them to take it away because of the way i talk. smh riot.

also i want to apologize to the person who did my support ticket when i couldent log into my account, if for some reason they come across this post. when i asked if they could unban my account, they said toxicity bans are permanent, and I said "my bad i didn't realize this is fucking North Korea". not mad at you, just the fact i got banned, sorry.

i'm just using derogatory words, its just how i normally talk...

Riot has made it clear that derogatory language isn't allowed. You might normally talk like that, but Riot's servers aren't the place to do that, just like even if you normally shout at your friends a movie theater isn't an appropriate place for that behavior.

but it just seems like i can't use chat without getting a suspension,

Then, why keep using the chat? If you can't avoid getting banned for flaming, just stop flaming.

i don't understand why they just perma ban your account when the problem is toxicity, why don't they just chat restrict your account indefinitely. doesn't make any sense.

It makes a ton of sense actually. Riot used to give out infinitely scaling chat restrictions. Do you know what happened? People started inting instead.

After the equivalent of seven punishment tiers crossed by misusing chat, one would expect you to have learned how to communicate in a non-toxic manner by now. Even if Riot were a draconian entity with impossible rules to follow (they aren't), you'd still be at fault for not having figured it out with this many chances given.

if being yourself is calling people %%%%%%s & %%%gots then maybe you are the problem, and YOU are not welcome if thats how you behave, sorry life is not fair, and online games cater to the majority not the one dumb guy who can seem to get his shit together. Its not fair to the rest of the players if you being you is toxic, and hateful. I dont just get to murder people i hate becuase "thats jsut how i handle my anger" jeez this logic alludes me. Please either improve yourself so you're not having to use this language otherwise you are not going to be able to play this game, I surely understand what its like to what to say stuff, and be mean sometimes im human and i have a really awful temper (PTSD from deployments) So i've def gone off the wire on people before but we need to be better than that, otherwise we arent welcome on league. so i had to learn how to deal with life, and how to be nice on a game full of people i want to smack in the face. but league is fun and i have fun

that summoner 11 .

I can't understand why someone would lie about they're chat-logs if Riot is the one with the evidence xD

{quoted} most of the time i'm not insulting or flaming anyone, i'm just using derogatory words, its just how i normally talk, and i haven't had any problems talking to people in the real world.

Regardless of this, not everyone has the same opinions as you do about your own toxicity. Riot has set the standards here and you have repeatedly broken and violated those standards.

apparently i'm in the 0.006% of people who get banned, but i find that hard to believe seeing as the boundaries for getting banned are so easily crossed,

The problem isn't the boundaries. The problem is that you keep crossing the boundaries.

riot needs to find a better solution, i don't understand why they just perma ban your account when the problem is toxicity, why don't they just chat restrict your account indefinitely. doesn't make any sense.

They've practically already tried that. Before this system we had a system where people would stack restrictions and the result was that some people stacked them indefinetely.

The problem is that these people resorted to passive aggression/inting and ruining the game experiences without chat
